I have 3100 psi 2.4 gpm. Which size would I need ? Is no 7 ok?

But my machine isn’t 3 or 3.5 gpm. I already made an order. Should I return 7 and get 9? Is that going to make a big difference?

Water blocks?

No it blows the other direction. This machine is still functioning with no service issues 5 years later.

We use a 1/2” MPT x 5/8” hose barb for that application.

Many times it’s the fuel pump. The one they come with is trash and should be replaced with a Honda fuel pump from the get go.

We use full synthetic mobile 1 I have no experience with motorcycles so I won’t give information I don’t know about 😂

They vary. The engines go from 800 to 2500 hours depending on maintenance and storage conditions. We have found the Kohler and Vanguard engines can exceed that and we have seen them with up to 3300 hours and still running.

We use 80 85 or 90 weight gear oil that you can get from any Oreilly auto parts store or Autozone.

You are missing something in the video. A downstream injector is being used.

@washmart8616 how are you applying it with pressure?

@@truealpha7439 residual soap in the hose when switching to high pressure. It runs out of soap in 15 seconds and is just water until you put a low pressure nozzle on again.

@washmart8616 ok thanks i was confused that's all . I have a landa that applies soap high pressure . But it's not running so I'll be using my 4gpm down streaming. Panel bright doesn't have polish safe chem i have a 175 truck fleet 50 a week minimum I'm new to the fleet side by myself use to work 13 years ago for a guy but he mixed everything I just sprayed and cleaned lol good video

This is about the same pace we are at. We do use a trigger less gun with a ball valve to shut on or off with a swivel behind it

Fred has come with many mouse traps to make efficient belt driven systems in his 40 years doing this.

Do you have a drawing of how he did the pump mounting? Is that angle iron with a t-bar welded to the top, and then the pump is mounted on top the t-bar?

@@1lucasvan1 we no longer have the drawings. This is a discontinued model that we used to build prior to our poly chain series that runs with a different pulley system altogether.

You won’t get max flow and psi out of your pump. And if the unloader is too tight it can also make your belts pop if running a belt drive

Only degreaser. You cannot do this with bleach or acids.

Can you use a downstream chemical injector?

@@LaCajunWash no it is not used in this application.

We don’t. We do have a solenoid valve that stops the pump from siphoning soap when on bypass triggered by the pressure switch on the pump however.

You can hand dry it or use RO water. We only offer that when we are detailing the trucks

You are correct! They are not! Wouldn’t you prefer us to post what it actually does 10:1 instead of showing something made up? This was about transparency, not just application. How many times do you think someone will talk about a soap and also post their failures? How many times do you think a company will do a “retake” on their soap until it looks perfect for a production? We don’t do that. We will do a 4:1 video next weekend for different results. We did this to reenact what a downstream injector would do with one application.
