@FiftyPlusBeauty You don't want to eat any meat? I thought I heard you say that the stroke had something to do with a birth defect or something to that effect that you were born with and wasn't aware of. You should talk to Dr. Ken D. Berry and do a video with him. That would be very educational for all of us. Wishing you all the best.
I remember sitting at the table with my Dad when I was in my 30's and him saying..When you get in your 60's you get these "cords" in your neck...lol I don't have those really but I always remember what my Dad used to say about aging!

I have used different gel and had terrible swelling and redness my face had to heal some people can't use it I use a new product now Naturium retinaldehyde cream serum and no issues of any kind it's the best product I have ever used and I have tried many on the market it's affordable also thanks and good day

If you want to just work around eyes i would get NIRA precision but if you want to work many areas on face I would get NIRA pro. I have both and the pro needs to be charged between every use . Hope this helps.
I would probably get the Pro as it’s easier to do the entire face.
Do you think the Nira Precision has a little more power than the Nira Pro? I can only get one. Would the pro work the same around the crows feet and marionette lines?
The Nira Precision has more power. If those are your concerns I would get that one.

I saw you doing gua sha before, and watching this time made me wonder: I know with other neck devices you are not supposed to use it directly on the center. This is because the thyroid gland is located there. Have you ever heard any contraindications about using the gua sha in that way? I don't have an answer, so that's why I'm asking. Thanks!
No, Connie. The Gua Sha is supposedly safe for all parts of the neck.

Do you still use tretinoin?
Yes. I still use it in the .05% strength.
I would love to see different content. It seems like everyone is stuck on the Nira and skincare. Give us something different. I like when you do the Amazon clothes finds. I like your hair shorter. I feel like as we get older, the hair needs to get a little shorter.
