We wait 5 years for justice... And get this crap press conference. This is so Indiana! If I'm a defense attorney... This press conference is the first piece of evidence I show the jury. Such a weak case they can't even disclose anything to the public. If you truly got the right person the first thing you want to is create public confidence in your case as a prosecutor. This right here was absolutely horrible... Fake sniffles etc.. GTFOH Indiana. I'm not into conspiracies, but defense could use the States case against them as a cover up to close the case... Pinning the murders on an scapegoat. The state surely left that door open
Justice is decided in the courtroom, not 3 days after an arrest. Grow up! The purpose of a Law Enforcement investigation is to uncover evidence to be presented at trial so the guilty parties can be held accountable, it's not about feeding the public's demand for instant gratification.
At least there is an arrest. There must be more.. maybe other murders or sex trafficking. Give Law Enforcement some credit. How horrible a job they do.

This has been the standard operating procedure of the Indiana state police from the very beginning of this case and it's a big reason why they were able to get their man. They do not want to jeopardize the upcoming trial in any way.
There is evidence that has not been released.. The reason for this is prioritize your called in leads to the police that they can relate it to be a credible tip or dismiss and move on.. As they are still looking for credible tips to be called in to the hotline it is their tool to sort each tip as compared to the evidence they know that will not be released until the trial begins...
They don't seem to be very confident they have the right guy, it's like we'll arrest him and hopefully some people will come forward with stories of him being a creepy dude!
Mr. Carter does a fine job of making a speech (BUT if he's Godly & wants justice & a Spiritual person as he said & media?) Then we need to speak to each OTHER! Toby gave his also about JUSTICE! Why hide everything & mess up reports to FAVOR the Police? CANNOT hide BROKEN BONES. Takes more than just an apology. God knows the truth & our Real Life Pain!

I think the wife turned him in for the reward money. She had seen the missing clothing and knew it was just a matter of time until he was caught so she might as well turn him in and hopefully get the reward so to help with bills that of course he will not be able to help with anymore.
