In this video I share tips on how you can come up with ideas and concepts for your creative self portraits as well as some practical tips on posing and how to place your camera to look your best :)
I love to take creative self portraits because I think they allow you to discover and express hidden parts of your personality that you maybe wouldn’t feel comfortable to show in a regular selfie.
I hope these tips and tricks give you inspiration to take your creative self portriat game to the next level!

I love it how you’re so humble about awkwardness in front of the camera, when all your Instagram followers would say: ‘No way! You seem like you’re the queen of creative selfies.’ I guess it takes a lot of experimenting, as you say, finding your best angles, not giving up (on discovering how you can love yourself in photos). 😘
Hi Andrea! Thank you so much for your lovely words :) Yes I definitely still feel quite clueless often when taking photos, and thought it might help others maybe struggling with taking self portraits to know that it really isnät easy and is about a lot oftrial and error like you say :)

Yes it's such a beautiful place right? Oh my, really miss living close to it now, Hampstead Heath is just such a nice little oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of London :) We just reloacted closer to the center and it's cool to be in a new part of London, but I do miss having so much nature around. Good thing the tube is easy to jump on and get there :)

great tips! I've worked as a photographer in my past yet myself still struggling with patient and authentic posing. now learning more on advanced selfies to tame the dragon and just do it! :) Indeed telling a story and maybe some role-playing can help to make it more fun.

Hey kika love your passion over yo creative photography. Am a chef from Uganda but currently now am in Bahrain creating my own creative cookery. Hi Zara! Thank you so much for watching my video and great question! Yes I use a lot of natural materials becasue I get really inspired by them and just find them satisfying to work with. I love being out in nature and creating stuff with organic things so I often end up using a lot of flowers, plants and fruits :)
