I agree with KG. They need to rerun this same squad.
No way. They did this cause of Brunson. Brunson the number 1. And randle acts like he is. And he’s a bad leader too. Too emotional
Trade him for another good big or good wings.
I say get bridges from Brooklyn
@@asap7189nets ain’t doing that

Molly called kg Kevin Durant. She’s horrible and talk too much trying to fit in.
Unbelievable. The women Stephen A. has on the show are cringe af
Why do women sports people get so much hate with the same tired azz stereotypes
she loves attention and gets mad cause stephen a gets alot more....
If you are a Knicks fan this is a great time for you, you already have a roster that IF healthy can get it done, but you also have the assets to make big moves
Considering how well they did this post season despite the injuries, they will be great next year!
Not really, their season was far better than last year though. As far as the post season, last year 2nd round eliminated in 6 games. This year, same round 7 games.
If anything they made a one game improvement.
I think they may need to load manage some so there not limping into the playoffs
@@mcmknc007 Tibbs is against any load management. Every game is game 7 for the control freak.
Load management does not work. Plenty of players get load management and still get hurt.
as someone who's begged for spida for years, this run convinced me to me hold off. bring back iHart and OG, extend thibs, and build off of the experiences from these last 2 years. i wouldnt disrupt this chemistry. especially not for 34y/o paul george who wants $200M and doesnt have the make up of our dogs. laser beams pointed at the earth, I WANT DIVINCENZO
agree for most part - definitely no 'superstar' trade for a guard especially, Brunson is the guy... That said, team needs to address some issues - due to Robinsons injury history, I don't feel comfortable not making a move in the front court. When he goes down it's just too much. And he always goes down. Sims and Achiuwa are just not the right combination backing up the Randle and the Center Duo. We really need another front court guy who can rim protect on Robinsons level, or score better. Randle is basically only guy out of 5 front court players that can score consistently, IHart a little. And Robinson is basically only guy who can offer elite rim protection. And almost none of our players are great against stretch bigs. Draft Yves Missi. Trade for Jaren Jackson Jr, or Sengun, or Markannen. etc
@@LysergiCoyotl mitch hasnt been reliable from an injury standpoint but he might be all we have come june 30th. hard to see hartenstein turning down $100M. early bird rights limit us to offering him 4yr for $72M. that 2 center tandem has been lethal when they were both healthy. im not big on JJJ. fouls A LOT and is an abysmal rebounder at 6'10. his career high rpg is 6.8. most seasons he's under 6. sengun might be available but im not sure he's a great defender, i didnt watch the rockets too much last year. just saw people tweeting how they have to pick between him or jalen green. and markkanen has danny ainge for a gm 😂 if we miraculously keep hartenstein and mitch, i'd just get a spark off the bench or a wing to be OG's insurance policy because he has his fair share of injuries
@@matttheknicksfan Correct, imagine Mitchell Robinson IS all we have come June 30. He can never be THE guy, he always needs to be part of a starting level tandem, or the backup. I have to say I do think Hartenstein may be willing to take the 'paycut' to stay, provided Knicks offer him their max. He hinted at such on the Roommates podcast. But if he goes I kinda think we need to look at doing whatever it takes as far as putting Robinson and/or Randle on the table to get a true star big. I dont want to see some half cocked move to pair Valanciunas with Robinson or something of that nature.
Since a lot of the trades do seem highly unlikely, I really think we should trade up in the draft for Missi. He's a great fit as someone who can emulate Robinsons rim protection, play great defense from 3-5 if not 2-5 and develop for 15 min a night on a cheap contract. Sims to me is never going anywhere. Achiuwa is a fine backup 4/5 but he might be gone too - would be great to just have one more 4/5 who is more reliable than Achiuwa or Sims IMO.
@@LysergiCoyotl im gonna look at missi's film. i didnt watch much ncaa this year but we definitely need to make sure sims is the 3rd string! cant let him see the court at all
@@matttheknicksfan Do it! Yeah I mean with Sims 3rd string, that means he gets playing time anytime Mitch or IHart are injured so I actually think Sims should be 4th string lol. Or traded.

Knicks should run it back and try to add one more piece
How KG said the “you trippin” to SAS 😂🤣
As Loaded Lux said, "Harlem Hospital was giving beds out"!🤣🤣
Knicks just needed OG and they would have whooped the Pacers. Just imagine man. Pacers got lucky with Milwaukee and then dodged HUGE bullets with the knicks. I hate teams that get lucky because they don't deserve it
Cope harder 😂😂😂
Happens all of the time in the playoffs. It's all about a little luck
I’m not tripping that’s how it goes sometimes. Knicks got a bit lucky with seeding because of injuries too. I think the Knicks will be fine next year.

Celtics fan. Agree with Stephen A. If Knicks were healthy they would have beaten the Pacers. And with their intensity of play I would have given them the edge in a 7 game series against the Celtics.
You are not a Celtics fan. Just stop. Not even Stephen A is picking a healthy Knicks team to beat the Cs.
😂 delusional Knicks fan
Thibs need to use a bigger rotation during the regular season and not to run players into the ground.
He will never do that. Every game is like his last game bc he is a control freak. That is why he was shown the door everywhere else. He grinds up $100+ M assets. Good coach but selfish maniac.
@@petedog9581 you're probably right.
@@petedog9581that’s how d rose got injured and never been the same since
He ran a 6 man rotation at one point because 4 key players were injured lmao. When healthy knicks can have an 8-10 man rotation if they desire

Sixers been saying 6 straight years "if Embiid was healthy"....If If If means nothing
That’s one player. Knicks had one starter playing in semifinals
That is one player. Knicks had 70% of their team out
Knicks just gotta get Healthy and add 1 or 2 pieces for depth.
Great points from Austin; you need a Thibs player (Thompson, PG, and Bridges)
Kicks .. Lakers BLAH BLAH BLAH!
You'd think they are both in the conference finals

I ain't gon lie sum of them role players are for ego boosts in practice they dont wanna bring that up 😂
KNICKS TV AT IT AGAIN
If my grandma had wheels she'd be a bike
You could say that about the Knicks, bucks, Heat, 76ers, etc. This is the most injury plagued playoffs I can remember
I just want everyone to stop focusing on the “what ifs?” and focus on the next season, I feel we have a real solid team and we just need to focus on getting better and healthy.
Knicks fans want to pretend health ruined their season like Embiid, Giannis and Dame didn't help their path greatly
Molly called KG Kevin Durant or am I tripping? lol
I agree with KG 💯
They just need size at every position above the 2
We all forgot about ROBINSON
KG is right: RUN IT BACK. Maybe improve the bench scoring, wing depth, back up big man but not the starting Rotation. They were beating team with a metal bat with OG and Randle together. They can compete with any team in the east at full strength.
Not a #1 Knicks fan. But think that there should be a NBA award after the NBA finals. Win or lost all thru the playoffs. One for who showed the most heart and grit, votes from the fans only. I would vote for Jalen Brunson so far. Been a while since i saw something like that .Esp with his size ..Just me ........
😅😅😅😅😅 stop!!! This is sad man. NY really been soft since Snoop came and crushed the buildings. NY want participation trophies now? Effort trophies 😅😅😅😅😅😅. What is this San Diego
Bol Bol off the bench with Marvin Bagley
Knicks would have still lost. They went 6 games vs a banged up sixers. Then went 7 games vs an average pacers. Knicks are a solid team, but nothing more. 🍵 🫖
2008 Celtics won the chip with their PG Rondo being only 6’1”.
This is going to be sound byte for Brunson in a year lmao . I see it now
Molly yawning. Calling KG, Kevin Durant, 😂.
Run it back. Absolutely. We all want to see what they can do when healthy.
Boston doesn't have an answer for Randle or Brunson. Then we'd have Robinson, Hart, Deuce, and Bogan off the bench. We also have Precious and Burks in emergency situations.
Austin Rivers is actually a good analyst
Avery Johnson, Tony Parker, Kyle Lowry and Sam Cassell also small point guard Champs
Another huge factor to consider is to have Thibs stop wearing his players out by playing heavy minutes.
why do guys wear sunglasses indoors? never made sense to me
If I had wings I could fly
People forget that Giannis was hurt. Embiid was hurt. You can't say if the Knicks were healthy without saying if the Bucks or Sixers were healthy....
Tibs coaching style will never allow the Knicks to stay healthy
Yes the Knicks would be in the ECF if they were healthy but they would’ve been a lot better if they traded Randle instead of Barrett and Quickley
Injuries are NOT excuses. Injuries are facts. Knicks ran out of steam because half the roster got hurt. Run it back.
NYK need to stay healthy and improve the bench
can we be real here for a second? i'm a knicks fan for over 25 years now and they don't have a title window. they're good, they're not a contender.
Finally. A real fan with real sense
Y’all really as delusional as New York fans a healthy Bucks healthy Miami heat healthy 76ers team definitely not passing them
how is molly going to say “KG” than say kevin durant lmao
Would have been a different seires if hurt players were playing
Don’t think I could stand play throwing up bricks
There's a weird hatred of Julius Randle and what he brings. I think KG is correct.
The Knicks are better without Julius Randle. It’s addition by subtraction
@@juansanchez209 Not at all. KG knows best and understands better than Stephen A types who just don't get it.
I love the way Julius changed his gm but 25 and 10 and 5 is not needed by some Knicks fans who love to struggle for wins instead appreciating the blowout wins against teams like Denver which we enjoyed during the 7 gm win streak with Julius.. our longest streak of the season.
@@arrellehnisrael8229 Analysts understand the game better than former players. Former players are too invested and emotional about the game, it stops them from thinking objectively
@@juansanchez209 the problem is.. you're not an analyst and neither are the journalists on espn. That's why their ratings are in the toilet because of biases and agendas. But the goodnews is that the missing piece is Mikal Bridges and Knicks brass knows this.

Looking forward to seeing Julius ball for nyc next season
@@arrellehnisrael8229 The only agenda here is you acting like Randle’s PR guy. Real Knicks fans want him out of here
Why they are talking about teams that are not in the playoffs? How is this relevant now?
Think the Knicks need 1 more piece to try & close the talent gap between themselves & Boston
I've never seen another fanbase be so confident after beating 1 team in the playoffs, you need to beat 4 teams to reach the promised land, Knicks fans going crazy after beating 1 team.

guys even in our fantasy league we dont talk about ifs like that because its pointless but on the other hand without pointless conversations espn would be out of business
amount of people sleeping on julius randle is absurd
So it took JB with all these injuries to put on almost Jordan numbers for ESPN to say they are title contenders.
coach style makes players injury prone due to poor rotations. remember the bulls that he handled before it goes the same with knicks this time.
Just add a bit more depth and run it back
OG should be the smallest defender
Bro how did she specify who KG was and mess it up 😭😭
No if Milwaukee wasn’t injured they would’ve been in the ECF.
It doesn't matter if they were injured this season they'll be injured next season too.... every team thibs coaches he runs into the ground and is full of injuries
And if the Nets were healthy in 2021, they’d be champions. You gotta pray your team stays healthy.
The Knicks have everything except health. It’s literally what held the team back this year but it gave other guys an opportunity which they capitalized on
It was all health. But tbh Randle plays very shaky in the playoffs. They could’ve lost to Philly due to his brick houses being built.
Knicks should run it back fully healthy. A superstar would ruin the team. Brunson with Luka, how’d that work out
The Knicks need to get bigger. They have to get a big, tough PF to compliment Randle. Adama Sanogo would work if they can pry him away from the Bulls.
Julius Randle is a guard now. 💀
Trade Randle and ask Thibs to play the bench more…I know the latter ain’t gon happen 😂
no one will be healthy under Coach Thibs
Healthy? Tibbs a good coach but he gotta trim those minutes… Josh Hart must be out here training for triathlon in the offseason 😂
Knicks adding a washed PG or Klay would be awful.
Seems like excuses and injurys are the Knicks main problems
Tibbs grinds players up like hamburger.
@@petedog9581bruh stfu with that worn out narrative
How is it an excuse when its a literal fact that 6 Knicks players were injured??
Nah it's injuries. Excuses didn't bring the Pacers to a game 7.
KG as in Kevin Durant. Man everyone on First Take is on something.
Rivers said everything , and he's Right
We still talking about the Knicks?
Here we go with the what ifs..how bout if every other team was healthy?..NY woulda been in the play in tournament
"KG, as in Kevin Durant"?!? Huh?
Brunson is a number one option. What he be talking about?! 😂
There's truth to Thibs coached teams playing too hard that they eventually get injured or gassed.
It's not a coincidence OG, Hart, Brunson, Randle, and Bojan all got injured. Five of their core players.
Look at the Bulls era as well. Noah had a shortened career with injuries. Rose got injured and pretty much was never the same. Same with Boozer/Deng. Both good players who left Chicago looking like they aged 10 years.
Thibs works these dudes like dogs. If I played under Thibs, I would be pissed because he's costing these dudes their careers by shortening their time in the league.
The simple fact Hart was playing 48 minutes for like 4 straight games is ridiculous. If you can't coach your team properly to get him some rest, that's just horrible negligence.
Butler's the only dude who has stayed relatively healthy despite playing under Thibs.
Capela and Siakam otw
The Knicks are in Cancun trying to enjoy their vacation and ESPN can’t stop talking about them smh
