But seriously, some kind of 5c Niv Mizzet deck? You have BoP, Utopia Sprawl, and Chromatic Lantern for fixing. You get to play 3Feri, which is maybe the strongest card for Modern in the set. You get access to the set’s best removal, too. I’m getting to maybe 26/60 slots filled without too much trouble. The mana base would be reaaaaly greedy tho.
Another option is a really weak UW control deck, again on the back of 3Feri. You also get Remand and Repeal, which were at least once playable? This could also be UWr instead.
I'd probably end up leaning into some sort of G/W/R token deck as you have access to Utopia Sprawl, Farseek and Birds of Paradise for ramp. The top-end would be Divine Visitation and Assemble the Legion. In the mid-range, you have Conclave Cavalier and Legion Warboss and for removal you have options like Codemn and Devowering Light.

If you were a real tom Scott fan you would realize that, although it is likely a wotc individual anonymously donating (anonymous individuals don't fall under "cooperate sponsor") at worst, wotc would be the only ones in potential trouble, tho given the power of Hasbro's lawyers, they probably do shit like this often
