    Video update: One triathlon tip that I didn't mention in this video, is that racing regularly helps reduce your pre-race nerves. You might find that once the first race of the season is over, all the others don't seem as nerve-inducing. Which is why it's always good to enter some lower priority events, in addition to your main target events.
