However there are some hybrid teardrop / mini-campers that have bathrooms, tall enough to stand in such as NuCamp's Tag and T@b models, Little Guy Mini Max, InTech, Pro-Lite, Escape, Casita or Scamp and new, will be $20K - $30K, but so much more expensive than my list below. Just based on a few photos, these are the simplest, most basic teardrops I've ever seen that are commercially available. They give the immediate impression that it's some Do-It-Yourselfer in his garage. He can be reached at (715) 651-4542.

I build these campers in my shop at home. I am not a factory.
Very Spartan buildout - just 3 shelves in galley and 1 in cabin
I've averaged 2 a month for the last 5 years, year around.
The campers are 4x8 and 4' high.
Sleeps two comfortably, three if you're really good friends.
There is a little over 6 1/2' of leg room in the cabin.
There is one shelf in the rear of sleeping cabin.

      factory primed and painted with
      Acrylic Latex House paint

      BALL HITCH IS 1-7/8"
      Probably weighs around 650 lb.

Well what I did because they pretty expensive all the small campers with the toilets since they pretty much are all new. I just bought a Standy made by the Tiny Camper Company in Florida and bought a portable toilet. (there is enough room for it since you can walk in the camper and the camper I bough was the one with the couch that turns into a bed so plenty of space). I paid $4500 from a private seller and its from 2018 pretty much brand new. All the other campers with a toilet that are small like the T@B, My little guy max, etc are over $10000. You might be able to find a Aliner (foldable) camper used for maybe $6000 or so with a toilet but it will be like from yr 2008 or so...hope this helps good luck. 🥰

AC is the single most ridiculous option on teardrops.....those trailers are basically a bedroom on wheels, you don't spend your days inside them, you just get in there to sleep...a basic fantastik fan is plenty enough to cool off in the evening. New sub! My brother recently bought a Nu Kamp Tag, which is really well-built, and has like _ALL_ of the amenities. It also cost _ALL_ of the money. 💸 As we both slogged through Boy Scouts in tents, any one of these would have been a huge step up, especially in the wintertime "refrigeration" camp outs (as my troop termed them). Thought about building a teardrop out of an old trailer, but factoring the cost of materials, my time, and labor, a lot of these are mighty competitive, even if they've since come up in price a bit. Can always add to it later, right? 😁👍️

the problem with the runaway trailers is the a/c. why?, in the beginning they gave you a waterproof cover over the a/c outside in the front, now they charge you for the cover and instead give you a rock metal screen over the coils, ?why, if i were traveling down the road the radiator of the a/c would plug up with flying insects , etc. . also its got not cooking area like a teardrop and only room for a small bed. the a/c should be in the back blowing air over you into the trailer, not at you. look into a valiant teardrop instead .
