Buy your BGE from a bonified BGE DEALER and THEY will assemble it and probably deliver it to your home. The old "you get what you pay for" still applies.SP: they use "wordless instructions" because they are truly an international sales leader in this industry segment for over 40 yrs. That way they don't have to translate them into multiple different languages. If it's moving to fast for you, I'd suggest you stop and freeze frame it. If you don't like the music, I'd suggest you turn your sound down.

I have a bunch of KAMADO Joes but all the egg heads say the BGE better after watching this video I think not just the Assembly looks like a huge pain in the ass wow all that money and you have to wrestle the thing for hours! Yeah they might have more money in material but you pay the price for it! You guys assemble me one and I'll buy it!

+David G In most reviews, Joes' match up very favorably against the BGE, and in many circles, the Joe is superior. So cook on, sir. Your Joe will do the job.

I'm in the market for a good kamado. One would think that for the money spent, little if any assembly would be required. Frankly, I'm appalled at the amount of convoluted assembly is required for this unit, for the asking price. Time to look deeper into Grill Domes, and Big Joe's.

and the reviews I've read on all the types suggest that the BGE is lagging far behind comparable units. Surviving on ''The Name'' only, lasts awhile, and the BGE days of success are numbered.

Don't buy one - My large BGE was missing hardware so I couldn't even put it together and now my fire ring cracked into two pieces after a year and they told me -
It’s a hairline crack. It’s not failing to do its job at this point so it wouldn't be covered under warranty.

Starting to get frustrated with this thing. Dealership told me I could assemble this myself, no problem. Get the thing home and the instructions are not very detailed and kind of vague. Can't get it to stay aligned and it just seems like a pain in the ass...too hot, not hot enough...won't cool down...all the food has this weird charcoal/chemical taste. Every review is 5 stars but I am beginning to regret this purchase. $1,400 I spent!

@ Dan Walters - Did you get it figured out? They are to put it mildly a pain in the ass to assemble! I've had mine for almost 18 years now, I absolutely love it, cook on it a couple times a week. I've never had that weird chemical taste. What kind of charcoal are / were you using? What did you use to start the charcoal?
