I was forced to retire early with a partial disability pension stemming from about a year at ground zero.im self taught to this point but im hoping next year to find some possible scholarship funding to get an academic education in fine arts. I’m only about 10 minutes from Easton,Pennsylvania that has an impressive and growing art scene in the Lehigh Valley.

Amazing! Thank you so much for your sharing how to paint his eyes. You not brand paints and just put the correct color to build his eyes. Eyes are very important part of portrait because show emotion. Your explanation is so good to understand how to paint them. Really fun to watch your video, looks like magic show. I can’t wait to see whole this video ! I am looking forward to Watson with Alla Prima technique , too.

I think I would love to learn this style of painting, but I know I need to learn colour theory first, I was tought to blend blend blend ,I like the tone painting better ,this is a awesome painting would be nice to see more painting like these on you tube
If we get more comments and likes we will do more videos with in depth instruction. For us though, they never go over well on youtube. Seems people want quick...easy videos here, so we usually save the more instructional videos of other channels. 😃 .

Can you draw a black labrador dog? Our dog died 3 years back and it is my sister's wedding coming up. I would like to give her a painting of that.
