As they stated, ONLY GOD... Sadly, most people don't know, love, or have God dwelling in them, so they can't extend that type of grace. There are some things that only the Holy Spirit can do, and I'm a living witness of that. It's not natural to forgive someone who has hurt you that badly; it takes God's supernatural power.
