INGREDIENTS:
FILLING: 1 tbs vegetable oil
1/2 size medium onion
garlic powder
Salt to taste
Mix bell pepper
tuna chunks
Chilli pepper to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 stock cube small size

DOUGH: 2 cups of plain flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs unsalted butter
1/2 cup of water
oil for deep frying
Milk powder
