How To Make Fried Meat Pies//Easy And Perfect Fried Pies//

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CRUST:
1kg of all purpose flour
300g of unsalted butter
3 cloves of Garlic
1 onion
1 tbsp of Baking powder
1 cup of water( add in bits)
FOR THE FILLING
1kg of minced beef
1 tbsp of Chill flakes
1tbsp of Thyme
1tbsp of salt
1tbsp of my homemade all purpose seasoning
1 cup of Carrots ( chopped)
1 cup of onions ( diced)
½ cup of sweet corn
spring onions
1tbsp of vegetable oil
1 liter of vegetable oil to fry the pies
