- What a wild weekend. The boys travelled to Spain for the first round of Drift Masters. There were many challenges that they had to face, from dealing with the 6 hour time change, to swapping the engine in the Corvette. Definitely one for the books.

Mondello will be much better, you already know that track and Wayne Curran can bring you any tool you need, and hopefully you won't need any and the car will run flawlessly. I was really hoping you would make it to the second run of qualifying after you didn't make it for the first one. Best of luck for the next rounds

yo dude cant wait to see you back in ireland for round 2 because it looked like you got used to the track quickly and the car looked like it was working well i think you could finish high in next round, the thing about dmec it is very competative the level of builds are crazy the different nationalities all have there own flair and style too each build is unique just like yours.. at idc the car was one of my favourites just to see you adapt to the track so fast was interesting to see, good luck

It'll be good to see a back to back comparison between the old engine and the new engine in Mondello. Hopefully the luck of the Irish rubs off on you. 🍀
Honest question: Why out the top, and not out the bottom? Does the corvette now allow a subframe drop and lift the car off?
I believe with their front end design it's easier going out the top rather the bottom. A lot I'd things are out of the way with their mods. Dropping the subframe would be added work at that point

What was the reason for the engine failure? Heinonen had engine tuning issues in spain due to so different local fuel and the mix was way too rich.
Hope you have more luck in round 2, its a seam you didnt enjoy spain as you tought
"Have you heard yourself say ___________" has the potential to be a great repeat bit on all these trips that would edit nicely into a compellation later.
Hopefully Ireland stops turning drift cars into potatoes....slainte'

In the same weekend in Polish drift open Ligue we also kill the engine in c6 vette it’s not a good start but we have time to make it better 🫡
