Good luck boys
That Zander passing over shoulder drill would be better if the two moved - means person would better learn to adjust the pass.. the clear out drill you could add a cone they need to run around to ensure they don't end up entering from the side.
Thanks Jeffers. Probably should've hired you as their skills coach judging off that great tactical insight. Also backed up with your insightful CZcams videos

I would like to see (may be you do it, away from the cameras) players being trained how to stop being held up. This is a tactic Wales use a lot. I don't believe today's players understand when the opposition hold you up, how to brake their hold. We were trained to use our legs to push up and drop down, while twisting our bodies and if we had a free arm, to punch it backwards and forwards trying to brake the opponents hold of us, as they try and hold us up. Really good to get a wee peep at training.
He’s English
Who vunipola?
@@MrAgbxl I think he was referring to Manu Tuilagi 🤔
na he's talking about marcus smith. There's no way he'd click on a scottish rugby video just to post a comment tryna troll a scottish player..... unless he's an absolute loser.... surely not.... actually.
