- Scotland are back in camp ahead of their opening 2024 Guinness Six Nations fixture against Wales in Cardiff.
The squad assembled at their team base in Edinburgh for a busy week getting back up to test speed before travelling to Alicante for a training camp in Oliva Nova.

Who is the ripped F&C coach? Seems to be taking the team in the right direction physically. Still some way to go though if they're going to catch the top 5 teams.

@@Karma-qt4ji I know we’re officially number 6 in the world, that’s why I said England only got there because of the double points and the easy World Cup draw. If it wasn’t double points they wouldn’t have passed Scotland. And that France D team was really made up of a couple of starters, mostly perennial bench and rotating starters and a few of youngsters, which a couple kept their starting spot since. Definitely a strong B team 😂
Plus every team other than SA have plenty of imports in their squad, it’s only because Scotland started winning more than they used to, people now use that as an excuse.
The top 4 are in a different league to the rest of the world and Scotland were clearly the best of the rest, and we’ll see whether they still are this 6 nations

i can see what these videos are trying to do, but without micing up the coaches and players, its really hard to follow it. The english team do a stellar job, as an example
