This feels like...... I love Tony, hes my inspiration to persue science.
I know this is an Avengers theme, but the ambiance reminds me so much of sitting in the garage when my brother used to tinker with the jeep and whatever random tech he salvaged while antiquing. Lost him a few years ago and now whenever I'm missing him, I listen to this for a while. So just wanted to say thank you for making this and posting it. ♡

You walked down the concrete stairs and looked at the doubles door sitting in front of you. You had tried very hard not to spill either of the coffees you had bought, but you only had two hands. You sighed, quickly realizing that this surprise may not have been that very thought out. Holding one coffee in you right hand and shifting the other to the crook of your elbow, you punched the code into the keypad and prepared your best smile.
"Good evening, Mx. (L/N)," Jarvis said. His mildly sarcastic tone always made you laugh. Why Tony had programmed him to be sassy you had no idea.
"Evenin', Jarvis!" You chirped, trying to positivity your tired away. "Tony! I brought a present!"
The dark chaired male simply grunted, engrossed in his work. You sighed and placed the coffee as close to him as you could without upsetting his current project.
"I bring with me the gift of life! A warm breath of energy to speed you on your quest!" You declared, taking a gulp of your own drink and sitting on the chair long abandoned in the middle of the room.
Tony looked up at you and smiled. It wasn't sarcastic or fake or condescending; it was a genuine smile. Sometimes it felt like you were the only one that saw this softer side of him. You didn't mind, but you wished more people saw underneath his wisecracking exterior. They would love him even more. You grinned back, almost dopily, stuck in your thoughts.
"Y/N? Earth to Y/N! Hello? Is there anybody in there?" The mechanic was waving his hand in front of your face. You stared at him dumbly before slipping on a smirk to cover your eyebags.
He sighed.
"Y'know, the most I've stayed up is 72 hours. How long are you going for?"
Your lips dropped their curve as you tried to think. How long had it been? You knit your eyebrows together in confusion and your head started to hurt. With a dismissive shrug, you relaxed your face and stopped thinking about it.
"Dunno. All blends together. My vision is kinda fuzzy though," you admitted, staring at the blue glow under Tony's tank top.
He sighed again.
"Dum-E! Hey, yes, hello. Um, look, Y/N is tired and I think you should show them to the cot? You know the one. Yes, yes, that one in the corner. Perfect. Good boy."
The robot wheeled over to a cot in the corner of the room with pillows and blankets that looked so soft and so warm. It was inviting.
"Er. Tony? Are you sure you don't need any help or anything? I wouldn't want to impose--"
"Go to sleep, Y/N."
You looked back at the nest beckoning you and finally you gave up. You laid down on the cot and snuggled deeply into the blankets, contended sighs leaving your mouth as you sunk lower and lower into the plush heaven that is The Workshop Cot.
"Wake me if you need anything..." You mumbled sleepily.
"Go to sleep, dear. I won't ask again," he grumbled. He was already starting to hyperfixate on his project again.
You smiled as you crashed into the dark comfort that is sleep, small muttered curses and eurekas floating around you, the ambiance cradling you in your soft cocoon.
