Almost correct.....You never spray soapy water into the tank. Your OVERSPRAY went into the tank & dripped off the top of the background hanging into the tank.
Proper way is to start at the top with excess hanging at the bottom of the aquarium. Then cut off the bottom excess & no soap goes into the tank. 🤗🤗🤗

The trick is to use as much soapy water as possible 🙌🏻 then you can move it around and will only stick once you take the water out with your card😊😃
