      The ESR looks better and will probably flow alot better than the other exhaust with pretty much a 90 degree angle lol that cant be good

    Use a pair of channel locks to help pull the fabric tight while stapling. Works great and makes the seat extra tight.

    It makes for a better fit if you heat the cover in the sun or oven then it can be stretched over the foam.

    I run the same trx5B pipe and silencer except I got some red accents to go with my build on my ESR 9 port TRX330R. Extremely good quality and performance for the price range. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. Best build series I’ve seen on CZcams yet for the Legendary 250R. Keep up the good work!

    Mike it's better to put the seat cover in the dryer for about 20 mins. Or use a heat gun and lightly heat it up to make it stretch a little easier.

    • @MichaelSabo
      @MichaelSabo  Před 4 lety +1

      Not sure if you saw in the video where I mention that; fourwerx covers are a little different; I don't think they stretch with heat like a traditional seat cover does. Good idea though; thank you man.

    If you heat up the seat cover with a hair dryer or heat gun itll allow for a little more stretch. Few of my XC buddies taught me that trick with fourwerx covers. Makes for a nice tight conformed fit

    Another pipe u might try if ur wanting to spend the money, is the BDT pipes they look sick and I think they make the same power or more than the esr pipes, and I believe the expansion chambers are bigger. The esr's are great, but the only thing I've herd is that the chrome likes to chip off, but I cant say from experience.

  • @gtisid
    @gtisid Před 4 lety

    read somewhere that sound waves need to bounce around in the expansion chamber to create back pressure and it’s not beneficial in some cases to have everything swept and flowing with a 2 stroke exhaust.
    I may be talking bollocks though so don’t quote me .
    glad you didn’t hack that cr cover up, that’s the correct shade of blue which so many aren’t

    alotof times you can sit them in the sun a couple hours. It will be a lot more pliable and able to scretch a bit. Eliminates wrinkles as well.

      I think the engineering behind them is genius, but I've heard conflicting things on the performance, specifically on the top end when comparing them to a keihin. I have not run Lectron though so I can't speak from experience.
