Thank you for watching my video! What do you guys think; should I run the DynoPort or the ESR exhaust??
Yoooo do you live in Pennsylvania
ESR
I think ESR is legendary with 250Rs
yessir, just north of Philly
The ESR looks better and will probably flow alot better than the other exhaust with pretty much a 90 degree angle lol that cant be good
When you said “ yo guys what’s cracken” my first thought was your old seat cover 😂
lol
Use a pair of channel locks to help pull the fabric tight while stapling. Works great and makes the seat extra tight.
The thing I love about this channel is no shortcuts. Looking forward to the rest of this build.
And that color scheme is awesome.
This quad is going to be my favorite 250r I can already tell
Thank you for following the build bro!
@@MichaelSabo no problem love the content
That seat looks good on those plastics. Can’t wait to see it with the graphics.
Impressive craftsmanship brother.
It makes for a better fit if you heat the cover in the sun or oven then it can be stretched over the foam.
Seat cover installation tip, set the new cover in sun light for 15-20 minutes before you install it!
I have never seen that color plastic , looks awesome 😎
Thank you man; when I saw it offered by Maier it inspired the design!
nice work bro keep going 👍👍
Thank you man!!
I run the same trx5B pipe and silencer except I got some red accents to go with my build on my ESR 9 port TRX330R. Extremely good quality and performance for the price range. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. Best build series I’ve seen on CZcams yet for the Legendary 250R. Keep up the good work!
Mike it's better to put the seat cover in the dryer for about 20 mins. Or use a heat gun and lightly heat it up to make it stretch a little easier.
Not sure if you saw in the video where I mention that; fourwerx covers are a little different; I don't think they stretch with heat like a traditional seat cover does. Good idea though; thank you man.
sabo the man !
looks awsome ! cant wait to see the end result .
Thank you man!
Love the new pipe! Shifter is sick, seat cover is badass!
Tac, my man; thank you 🤘
I bought motors and pipes from Eddie Sanders racing in California back in the Early 90s he has been in business a long time I raced Honda 250cc
Looking clean, I’m really fucking jealous 🤣🤣😍
Watching your videos keeps me motivated to keep doing my full restoration on my second banshee for a 421 wich I'm pretty much copying the set up you have done on yours.. Keep up the great vids.. Cheers from Sydney
Badass colors, gonna be sweet
Thank you man!
If you heat up the seat cover with a hair dryer or heat gun itll allow for a little more stretch. Few of my XC buddies taught me that trick with fourwerx covers. Makes for a nice tight conformed fit
Awesome job on the seat cover man it looks damn good
Thank you bro!
Another pipe u might try if ur wanting to spend the money, is the BDT pipes they look sick and I think they make the same power or more than the esr pipes, and I believe the expansion chambers are bigger. The esr's are great, but the only thing I've herd is that the chrome likes to chip off, but I cant say from experience.
Can't wait to see the bike when list all done
Thank you for following the build Tommy!
That bike will be killer dude good job son
Thank you bro!
Can't wait to see how it turns out
Thank you for following the build!
Looks awesome. Love it. Throw that seat cover in the clothes dryer for 5 min & you can shape it however you want
Good job ban. The pneumatic air is 👍👍. I bought my pneumatic air gun on ebay for 17$.
dude that seat cover looks so sweet !!!! note to self though when buying a fourworkx seat covers … send the seat to them and let them do it lmao
Very good attention to detail
I think it looks killer too 👍
Thank you man!
Looks really nice but be make sure there's no gap between the tank and the seat it won't look right if it does
Only thing stopping me from my trx250ex rebuild is a 100 bucks for powder coating and i need a big wrench to remove the rear axle nut
read somewhere that sound waves need to bounce around in the expansion chamber to create back pressure and it’s not beneficial in some cases to have everything swept and flowing with a 2 stroke exhaust.
I may be talking bollocks though so don’t quote me .
glad you didn’t hack that cr cover up, that’s the correct shade of blue which so many aren’t
alotof times you can sit them in the sun a couple hours. It will be a lot more pliable and able to scretch a bit. Eliminates wrinkles as well.
Yes! I've done this before in the summer; works great!
Don’t quote me but I’m pretty sure that sharp edge isn’t stock, looks like they got a buddy to weld it back together
You got a video of you removing and installing the exhaust?
The dynaport was prob broke and welded
Darron Miller thats what i was thinking and welded at the front too
You know everything is a pain in the ess when working on quads
I’ve been waiting to get one he’s been out of stock on the trx 5 pipes for awhile now
I been on a ms Bender
If you still have the blue sea would 250R on it I am interested in it if so
dang esr exhaust is half the price of LED . when I do the 310 kit on my R im going with esr now
The Gronk of CZcams! Good video. Just work on not saying "um".
Where did you purchase the esr pipe I can’t seem to find one ?
im really not looking forawrd to that on my cr rebuild.thanks for the how to on that tho.
Dirt bike seats are a lot easier at least!
Where did you get the clutch cover from?
@dbc_racing 🤘
Also what do you think about a Lectron carb? Alot of people recommend it. I've been wanting to try one so bad.
I think the engineering behind them is genius, but I've heard conflicting things on the performance, specifically on the top end when comparing them to a keihin. I have not run Lectron though so I can't speak from experience.
@@MichaelSabo still curious to test one myself. I have a banshee so buying 2 of them would be pricey. Wish I had a 250 2 stroke to test it on
Just imagine the farts that thing has absorbed
🤣🤘
Im pretty sure that dynoport has been modified they dont do sharp turns like that usually
you should do something with that yz you were talking about in the future.
Yes ma'am' I plan to build it!
@@MichaelSabo looking forward to it.
If you heated the seat cover up it would’ve stretched more
Hey Michael this dude is trying to trade me a 450r for a built warrior should I ? I already have a fully built trx250r
Mike I thought you were gonna go with the raw look on the exhaust??
Yessir; I have a raw LED exhaust on the way too; I am doing a comparison on the dyno.
@@MichaelSabo that's going to be a good comparison can't wait. I have a esr 9 on my 310 and lrd on my 265r
get a steamer. the wrinkles come right out
Oof
Once again FourWerx destroying beautiful stock stuff.😢😘
