I reccomend dropping Diff Coast by 5-10% with most cars and lowing the front dampers 3-4 to help with understeer

One nit-pick: Most of the teams in 2009 ran without KERS, I think it was only the works manufacturer teams (Mclaren, Ferrari, Renault and BMW Sauber) who used the tech in the season, as it was an extra expense which most teams wanted nothing to do with during the global recession of the late 2000's. It was also voluntarily dropped by all teams in 2010 before making a return in 2011, presumably for cost and reliability reasons
I think you'd have to increase the fuel because keep in mind, he did 14 laps, but he did also a formation lap, quali warmup and cooldown laps and I'm not sure he did all of his Q3 laps on the same fuel or maybe even refueled, so please check if I'm wrong.

Sure was only 4 teams who actually used kers in 2009. others tested it but didn't use it. Ferrari, renault, bmw , mclaren used it, and the later 2 stop using it in the season. Also williams and toyota tested kers but didnt use it, if i remember right.
