It was a tragic weekend , the drivers were all unhappy with the cars . Senna himself was struggling with his car prior to Qualifying . He should have not raced 😢

Decent lap mate with the car, it can be such a handful driving the 94 cars. I got to within a tenth of Senna's laptime with the ACFL cars years ago. Only problem that I have now is trying to recreate the set-up given that I accidentally deleted the set-up when my assetto corsa game corrupted.... fml

Well, on your fastest lap, your top speed is 317, while in rFactor version that dude posted in those comments, he is going 333 at the same place (beginning of the lap)... no wonder u can't go below 1:23 :)))
It was a different time, the deaths of Senna and Ratzenberger is what kicked things into motion to make the changes that had been needed for years at that point. Introducing the higher cockpit sides from 1996 was a big step forward imo.
Senna and Berger went to look at it some time prior. Options were limited to improve due to the river behind it. Gravel at that speed would be arguably more nasty and a tire wall could ultimately cause the same kind of fatal injury.
