I like old machine
I just ordered this washing machine. The Whirlpool I had lasted 3 or 4 years. Hope this one lasts longer.
Thank you for showing the entire cycle, and especially the end showing how dry the shirt was and only 10-15 min in a dryer for completely dry that is amazing
I am having trouble on my spin on this machine. It always says it is unbalanced. No matter if I have a large load or a small load shirt and jeans. Has this happened to you? I believe something is broken.

I just got this washer and was trying out some of the stuff and the rinse and spin when it reaches 12 min mark it goes up to 35 mins and start throwing water again not sure what's the issue.
Bad timer...those Samsung have a plethora of problems

The max spin speed is only 700RPM
thats alot of water for that much clothing lol. my side load samsung uses like 1/4th of that much water for a full load and cleanses everything from pasta sauce to oil

We purchase our 2017 a technician has been out for the third time to replace for shock absorbers that control the balance of the tub the rinse cycle does not ribs it adds water should only ribs so how would you like to ring clothes out by hand because it does not rinse right not happy with this product.... the warranty conditions says that they will replace it I will keep you updated on this.....

lol this is the lowest wash cycle on the machine its a literal rinse and spin cycle only no wash lmao. Its for you coming home from the gym with stinky clothing but not stained so there isnt a need to fully wash it just rinse it with clean water detergent and rinse it out.
I got mines on the 14th and my machine don’t fill up water like that it’s probably not installed properly by the delivery 🚚 guys 😩😩😩😩it’s not even washing nor rinsing the clothes 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒
