My favorite thing is when people who are from "high society" and says that their childhood was "very normal" and you hear that they go to a school that cost $50,000 a year. Like, no bro, you are not normal, that is not indicative of what a normal American goes through LOL. Not saying it's bad, having a good education is very important but like don't try to be humble about being normal and you are just going to a crazy expensive school that is more than some Universitys tuition.

Nah, he is right. The lives of the "upper class" or rich are not indicative of the normal middle-class family. Just because they do things that are relatable or worse, cosplay being lower middle class does not mean they are cut from the same cloth. At the end of the day, they can sleep easily because they aren't one life emergency away from losing it all. It's a trick the wealthy have been doing for a long time since having that stereotypical "I'm rich" look doesn't sell with 99% who don't live that lifestyle.

@@Dee-ld2ty I'm not griping, but most people that will say this are using it as a way to be much more "approachable" or "relatable" but this is something that makes you not relatable to most people. I just think it's a dumb thing to say when you don't have a normal upbringing and it just shows a lack of understanding of your situation.
I teach middle schoolers (It's awful btw. Don't do it) And one of the reason why people are leaving TikTok is because the illusion of becoming successful there has dwindled severely.
Some of these kids still want the fantasy of being successful for being you. If the most successful TikTokers have either failed or jumped to CZcams or Instagram then that pretty much tells you that TikTok is just a middle point and that's it.
