I love this concept, straight guys can’t be in lesbian bars, but straight women can be in gay bars. This double standard is ridiculous.
The idea is to get away from straight guys, not straights per se. Just identify as gay if you need to get away from straight guys too
Bruh, for real? Is double standards the default mode of women?
imo we should just keep lesbians in lesbian bars and gay men in gay bars, like its not illegal or unethical to be there if ure not.. but i think it kinda defeats the purpose
And the thing is, usually and specifically in this example, the straight guy only went in there because he was coming to say hi to his two female friends, one straight and one gay. This whole thing is ridiculous 🤦
As a gay man, many of us do not want straight women in our bars either. It is not a double standard.
Funny thing is, for all they know that person is a trans man who passes. I've found out that many times when you see a random "straight guy" in a gay space, it's actually a stealth trans guy. So they could be discriminating against one of their own people because they are judging by appearance.
That's what's funny about the LGBT, they eat their own.
Imagine needing drama THIS BAD in your life. 😂
Or the guy could be bi/pan but appears to be straight
They hate their own community anyway.
Anyone who dares to speak out with any different opinion they will completely ostracize them.
It's absolutely ridiculous and the irony isn't lost on me.
it's almost like there's a level of projection or something...
As a gay man, I will say, a straight man should be able to go wherever he pleases as he has free will. If he wants to say 'hi' to his friends who happen to be gathering at a lesbian bar, by all means he should be allowed to do so. I will say, however, a straight man should not go to a lesbian bar expecting to hit on women attending or for other women to hit on him since, well, they're lesbians. As long as the man has no intentions like that, there should be no problem. I will also say, as part of the LGBTQ community, PLEASE DO NOT assume we are all territorial and unaccepting. Queer bars can be a joy to be in. However, if you feel you're in a hostile environment, just leave.

She just wanted a reason to bitch that day lmao
(I only like diversity when I control who can be in the group)

I get that some men will hit on lesbians or ask them to do stuff with each other for their kinks but it’s unreasonable to assume that men will go to a lesbian bar just for that. Also how does the queer kiwi know what gay men look like? How did that woman know what a gay man looks like? It sounds more stereotypical and counterproductive than just letting people come and go as long as they don’t cause problems
I appreciate you saying men do that, Acheeto seemed to think it was a completely crazy scenario for men to hit on lesbians or ask them to perform. Like the woman said a lot of bullshit but that does happen and is a fair paint. Her trying to justify assuming the guys sexuality and gender is so annoying and completely against their entire beliefs.
What
@@NotAnotherKuromiyou are making a statement in bad faith. cheeto clearly was saying guys dont do that on the regular, not that they NEVER do that. Its very obvious out of the vast majority of your interactions in a gay bar, a small small minority might be negative. Thats just you over compensating about the "negative" interaction, because you hyper focus on the irregularity. Its not a fair point, since shes insinuating it happens on the regular, it doesnt.
@@NotAnotherKuromiHe also said a guy doing that is fucking stupid if you paid attention to the video
I have seen straight men try to “convert” a lesbian many times. But at the same time in the last couple of years I’ve noticed even more aggressive attempts to “convert” a straight woman by some lesbians I know. . Even to the point where one has even said “I think every woman should be gay for a bit. Hopefully they’ll love it and never go back”. No gay guys I’ve ever met have tried to “convert” me nor said anything like this.
I've heard of that supposed "bi exploration phase" girls are supposed to go through quite a few times. funny how it only works when it is said by one side...
Idk your sex but there are definitely gay men who try to convert straight guys too.
Often gay/lesbian people who do this met somone who claimed to be straight but hooked up with the opposite sex and enjoyed it, then rather than the gay person realising that person was bisexual, prefers to think they are just so wonderful that they managed to change someone's sexuality, as you can imagine its mostly people with self esteem issues.
I do wonder how many straight men who hit on lesbians have had this same bisexual experience, or heard about one, because straight men hitting on lesbians happens so often that I think there has to be some logic behind it.
I've also noticed with the whole transgender movement that there are a load of people claiming everyone is bisexual. Or saying you are phobic if you don't try sleeping with someone you aren't attracted to and you should "unlearn" those prejudices. I've seen the phrase "genital preference" pop up more and more, imo the only ones with a preference are bisexual people, everyone else is in one side or the other. In some queer circles it's moved into conversion therapy and coercion, something they claim to stand against, the hypocrisy annoys me greatly.
@@NotAnotherKuromi a good friend of mine went to a gay bar with a gay friend to celebrate their birthday or something and the amount of people he got that were trying to convert and pressure him into a one-night stand (despite expressing that he was straight and was there with his friend many) has pretty much made him completely wary of any gay bar and outright avoids the one that it happened in.

In the lesbian bars, as a lesbian, I've only ever seen someone get upset if a straight woman is there if she makes a big fuss about being hit on. You're in a lesbian bar, lesbians are going to try to flirt with you. The guys are OK as long as they don't start hitting on the lesbians.
IDK, its only ever been a problem when the people are assholes, regardless if they're straight/lesbian/transman etc.

well, are you a man or a woman? also jsut bc they didnt say it, doesn't men they didnt have a problem with you. most lesbians don't like men entering lesbians bars...thats kinda why they are there
Yeah, this situation is an anomaly. Generally, people in real life possess normal capacities of tolerance and co-existence with others within public spaces, lol. Btw, I think you dropped your *W*
Og girl: I can't believe that lesbian acted so rude! My straight friend was just there for a second to say hi.
Queer Kiwi: Um.. how dare you?! This is a LESBIAN BAR! You can't just let a straight guy in there! He'll get his straight guy cooties on everything!
Why is it that straight people always tell us to have our own spaces to do gay stuff in, and then when we do they insert themselves in said spaces? A straight woman has no business bringing a straight man into gay bars. It is a space for gay people to be themselves without straights. Why is that so hard for you to understand?
Not how it happened.
@@mikedefendant92 Well then, how did it happen?
@@mikedefendant92 explain truth denier
@@mikedefendant92It is literally how it happened. Did you watch the video?
I feel like everyone is glossing over the fact that the lesbian who confronted the straight man said she was confronted back by "the group" so obviously the lesbian friends was fine with him being there too. Plus, "coming in to say hi" can mean he stopped in for like 5 minutes to get a shot or small glass of liquor, talk a second with everyone, pee, then head out. He was probably done talking with the group and going pee so he could leave before he was stopped. I think it's a little weird to stop in and say hi just to immediately turn around and leave like Queer Kiwi is suggesting he should of done(as someone from small towns in Texas where when you meet someone by coincidence, or calling/texting them to just stop by, at a restaurant or bar that you know they sit down for 5-10 minutes to chat and catch up before wishing you well and moseying on). I'm Pansexual and extremely shy and afraid of confrontation so I would be that person to be like "I'm sorry, I was invited and didn't mean any harm" but someone else with a more extraverted personality would probably get defensive and aggressive back with that sort of confrontational question. Straights have terrible gaydars so how is it that LGBTQ+ have perfect straightdars? The straight guy could of been a gay man who just presents more masculine and straight or a trans man. Her saying that a trans man would understand and explain calmly it was okay and why he was there isn't true for all trans men I feel. He could take it as an insult and respond the exact same way
Anyways, apologies if my "rant" is hard to understand since I'm on the spectrum with dyslexia and I have a hard time voicing/writing what my thoughts or opinions are in a clean, fluid, understandable way 😅 Hope it's understandable enough though! I also want to say I'm not into politics AT ALL(I HATE politics. I don't even vote) and I'm just someone who believes that everyone should be loved and accepted as we're all human and stuck together
Yeah I can absolutely confirm what you said about not all trans men reacting the same way. One of my friends definitely would've taken great offense to that.

It isn't happening but if it was...
On your comment, "sometimes i think people go so far left that they become authoritarian"
You are correct on the basis but slightly off in the explaination. Its not that it loops around to "become right wing" its that human nature is universal and there are authoritarians on both sides.
The primary difference between right wong authoritarians and left wing authoriatarians is temperament in motivation. They have a lot of parralels but they have different mechanisms in their psyches that create their cause.
Right wing authoritarians have hyper orderly and hyper disgust sensitive traits. Their motivation is often to irradicate that which disgusts them. You can see this in the development of the 1940s mustache guy. He began by irradicating rats in his factories using the same chemicals that he included in his removal chambers.
He focused first on gypsies and the sickly. Then expanded into an association that he had in his mind woth the race that he focused on.
Left wing authoriatarians focus on the elevation of self elevation through false charity. In the soviet union there were constant promises of bringing the world to a utopia for all, but their behavior became destrucrive and malicious. A complete contradiction to their promises.
Both groups provided welfare while pocketing massive amounts of money, both groups destroyed many lives. But one wanted to destroy the 'dirty" and one wanted to destroy the "priveleged" . Opposite motives (sort of) with identical results.
Good job explaining this phenomenon.
“She didn’t confront him, all she did was confront him” 😂 also acheeto was cooking with the jokes in this one 😂

And I assume there would be some kind of bouncer or check at the entrance of the bar, and they gave him the clearance to let him in for a second to say hi to a friend.
Also, what if something happens to one of the girls there (like an emergency) and the emergency contact she has is a man? Are they just not going to call and inform the emergency contact that he needs to either come to the bar to meet up with paramedics or just tell him which hospital to go to? "He was aggressive so that makes him a cishet man." What are the stats on lesbian domestic violence again?
Idk what are they?
@@NotAnotherKuromi The CDC has stated that 43.8% of lesbian women reported experiencing physical violence, stalking, or rape by their partners. The study notes that, out of those 43.8%, two thirds (67.4%) reported exclusively female perpetrators. The other third reported at least one perpetrator being male, however the study made no distinction between victims who experienced violence from male perpetrators only and those who reported both male and female perpetrators. Similarly, 61.1% of bisexual women reported physical violence, stalking, or rape by their partners in the same study with 89.5% reporting at least one perpetrator being male. In contrast, 35% of heterosexual women reported having been victim of intimate partner violence, with 98.7% of them reporting male perpetrators exclusively.
@@NotAnotherKuromi Literature and research regarding domestic violence in lesbian relationships is relatively limited, including in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Many different factors play into this, such as "different definitions of domestic violence, non-random, self selected and opportunistic sampling methods (often organisation or agency based, or advertising for participants who have experienced violence) and different methods and types of data collected".This causes results to be unreliable, thus making it difficult to make general assumptions about the rates of lesbian domestic violence. This has caused rates of violence in lesbian relationships to range from 17 to 73 percent as of the 1990s, being too large of a scale to accurately determine the pervasiveness of lesbian abuse in the community.
Since not all lesbians are open about their sexuality, large random samples are difficult to obtain and therefore are unable to show trends in the general lesbian community.[Research samples tend to be smaller, causing report rates of violence to be lower than they may be. This is "a consequence of the invisibility of such violence and fear of homophobic reactions".
Theoretical analysis of domestic violence in lesbian relationships is heavily debated. Popular approaches mainly discuss "the comparability of violence in lesbian and gay male relationships (same sex violence) or draw on feminist theories of gendered power relations, comparing domestic violence between lesbians and heterosexual women".Some theorists also study same sex violence by defining gender as anatomy, and claim that gender is not relevant in any case of domestic violence due to its prevalence in same-sex relationships that is perpetrated as a form of homophobic behavior and occurs without consequence.Other theorists argue that gay men and lesbians still internalize feminine and masculine behaviors, causing lesbians to "mimic traditional heterosexual relationships" and create blatant power dynamics between dominant and submissive partners.

Why is she acting like if your gay your gonna get skinned Alive. ( i think she had some childhood trauma that makes her feel like she constantly a victim)
Depends, if this was the past you’d get your head chopped off for being gay, or if you are in a homophobic religious country that has no gay rights
also i think she uncovered a new feature on the political compass; the square works like a pacman map, if you go too far on one side you teleport to the opposite side xDDD

“They’re deep in enemy territory”
No, the enemy is deep into their “territory”
Yup been to both with a gf as a straight man, gay bars no one cares you are there and get hit on occasionally, lesbian bars they stare at you like you are ruining their day.
That sounds about right.
as a bi girl i don’t claim her
"A man walks into a lesbian bar"
I made a video on this video by her and I never knew that I'd get so much hate lmao, kiwi fans literally calling her "queen kiwi" lmao
Any argument I had in favor of the lesbian woman died on my lips at the mention of there being gay men at the bar. If it’s a bar SOLELY for women (as I understand some women are lesbians because they dislike/are afraid of men), then sure, make it solely for women, but that’s not the case here.
9:25 no, authoritarian doesn't mean conservative, it means that you support the idea of a government having an iron grip on what you can or can't do, or fascism (when taken to extremes), you can be right leaning and be libertarian or or authoritarian.
I love acheeto, but man he sucks at politics right now

I feel bad for her boyfriend. Get out while you still can, king!
In my personal opinion, straight guys and girls shouldn't be going into gay bars to get some romantic action, but they should be allowed in if their gay friend trusts them enough. Besides, most of us guys aren't trying to get with lesbian women anyway, so realistically why would we be there in the first place? I know some assholes go in to make people uncomfortable, but trust me most guys are NOT trying to do that. Plus, if my gf wanted me to go to a lesbian bar with her I would be a little apprehensive myself, after all there's a reason for me to not be fully welcomed there. However, banning all straight guys from lesbian bars or vice versa with NO exceptions is a bit too far in my opinion.
Fun fact: straight people can go anywhere they want. And NO ONE, gah or otherwise, can stop them.
Straight people: “Stop being gay in public and only be gay around each other.”
Gay people: “Okay.” *makes gay bars*
Straight people: “hOw dArE yOu eXcLuDe mE!”

We don't claim her and she lied about are schooling we do teach consent
isn't that supposed to be taught in health classes?
It’s shit like this that helps me remember that some people have so little social aptitude that they feel justified in being weird to people for no reason.
10:05 kiwi being tranphobic with the flag behind her
I thought the same thing 😂 use their ideology against them. Queer Kiwi TERF allegations coming out when?
when honesty is transphobic
I went to a lesbian bar in Colorado about 15 years ago on St. Patrick's Day. I was wearing a kilt. I didn't go home alone.
That's why they don't want straight guys in "their" bars.
Dawg made em switch teams 💀💀💀
36:31 Kyle Rittenhouse actually was practicing self defense though.
I’m gonna start listening to Queer Kiwi videos while I’m working out to give me that rage i need
Authoritarian is NOT conservative lmao
It can be. Both the left and right can be authoritarian. It’s when your own beliefs are forced on someone else’s lives that the authoritarianism comes in to play.
Straight guy should've been: "Did you just assume my gender?"
Why? Any lesbian would recognize a Adam miles away.
Why do people say Cis male/female like why is there a whole new word for the word men and woman just say the person is a guy or a girl I will never understand why the word “Cis” is a thing it’s so useless.
I am a Agender person which is I mostly tell people I am Non binary so I don’t need to explain what Agender is, but I am also Aroace and Pan. And if I see a guy in a lesbian bar I would welcome them because the guy could be questioning his identity or is just there to support a lesbian friend but again is it even any of our business to know why the guy is in a lesbian bar like unless he is actually there to harass the girls and some gay guys who go to the bar then that’s a problem but again is it really our business to know why the guy is in a lesbian bar?
I have gone to gay bars with friends to be supportive as well as protect them from harm. Just because someone is gay doesn’t mean they won’t harm someone. A male is going to be better at protection.
They're so bored they started creating "problems" to be mad about
Acheeto is also making up problems to be mad about
