Great video! Thanks for the tips for those starting out with this preview driver.
I had to use the AMD cleanup utility to get rid of the installed driver before loading the preview drivers to get it to work. But WOW! I am getting over 200 FPS in Hell Let Loose with nearly everything maxed on 6800 XT!
Heck yeah. Seems to work way better on pc gpus than mobile stuff. Glad it worked
been testing this and games feel so much better at 22w to 30w than before, i havent tested it with 10w but ive heard the only downside is thats it doesnt work well on 10w as of right now like on low watts theres some input lag

Followed every step as it is shown in the video but after installing the updated driver the option to enable fluid motion frames isn’t there 😢
It’s extremely over rated and I would just wait for the official driver on the 24th now at this point. Most people have been able to get it installed but there’s always software stuff that can happen. I’d just hang tight. It’s bunk if you ask me. I leave it off.
what amd graphics features should i turn off on first person shooters? COD to be specific
For cod I’d use fsr 2 on performance and don’t use the anti lag+ or the new drivers at all. I and many others keep getting shaddow banned for a week at a time and some turn to permanent bans because of the drivers triggering the ai anticheat system
By any chance would anyone know why the devices CPU would underperform when not plugged in..I’m getting .5GHz unplugged making the device unusable. Used it for about a week without the issue but now I can only use the Ally when it’s charging
It changes the power profiles on battery vs plugged in. You probably should check your power profiles for battery and see if you’ve adjusted the sliders to low and it’s limiting too much powe

Once this tech with frame gen matures we will not even remember what non ai frame rates feel like anymore like native render and raster is dead everything now is being built around dlss and fsr I haven’t played a newer game without it period
Is this feature compatible with all games or specific games? For example, Counter Strike 2
Most games it works with it seems like but it’s highly over rated.

Facts. I run into a ton of folks just thinking the game is bad and only playing with cheaters and they don’t see the clues. The mw games won’t even say your banned. You have to just look under your account

There’s never a message saying you’re banned that pops up. You have to actively search to find out if your shadow banned. I’d say most people just think the game online or the servers are lagging or they just keep playin with cheaters for no reason lol. 😂 cod sucks for not actually fixing this. It even was a thing on the Lenovo legion go too and other amd handhelds. Lenovo had to contact them to have the hardware and software white listed. Unfortunately asus sucks and doesn’t care to hear complaints

Thats ridiculous that the anti cheats work in that way!!! When anti cheats prevent devices from running smoothly using firmware provided by manufacturers well thats just ridiculous. Why is this even considered unofficial firmware in the first place? Wouldnt this eventually become officially supported one day possibly? So why isnt it considered officially supported but development or beta firmware? Sorry but im not a anti cheat expert and dont really quite understand how it works but this seems stupid to me that it would work in such a way that you can get a ban for not even technically cheating!!!
Google it. It’s been a problem specifically with the riccochet anti cheat engine as well as another one for a lot of the amd handhelds. You can also research this that I have made several videos on this subject, spoken to Activision themselves…..(yes), I can provide tons of docs and proof to prove you wrong beyond a shadow of a doubt. You said it yourself. Your not an expert
Oh also look up the last amd driver that triggered mw3 bans and other anti cheats and amd and others admitted it was the new driver that had anti lag+ and to revert to old driver lol. Bro I been here done this 100x with you people. Go do your homework before you wanna jump on this train 🚂
@cppctek I wasn't doubting you in anyway I know it's been a problem I just don't get why they can't fix it or get rid of what ever is causing the issue. The cheats are so easy to spot that they should just rely on people reporting it then watching the footage to see if in fact they were cheating and if they weren't then don't ban them. This auto ban system is a mess.

Console beats pc in a couple sections. It's plug and play, fucking easy!
And sometimes convenience is the best!
