Love the way you explain things, still dreaming of becoming a pilot at 29 and while that's prob never gonna happen I appreciate what I have learned from you. Thank you Sir!
I’m 28 about to be 29 and am pushing to be a pilot as well! Keep the dream! You got this! I retake my ASTB in 23 days after being denied on my first submission
Interesting. I took the ASTB on thursday last week and didn't have a single question on circuits. Scored 65 7/7/7. I felt the questions were extremely basic.
Yep, but it's not as intense as this. Plus, there's also the "Auto & Shop" (tools and basic vehicle mechanical concepts) section, which is more or less a tamer derivation of the ASTB's Mech. Comp. part.
A bit more difficult, especially since the Spatial Apperception section was replaced with a flight simulator test measuring navigation, hearing/sensing, and hand-eye coordination skills.
There are a few factors in how to pass the military exam. One resource I found that succeeds in merging these is the Wilfs Exam Blueprint (check it out on google) it's the most useful guide that I've heard of. look at all the interesting information .

Sense the military has "upgraded" the ASTB to the ASTB-E, can it be safe to assume that the test will be more difficult?
A bit more difficult, especially since the Spatial Apperception section was replaced with a flight simulator test measuring navigation, hearing/sensing, and hand-eye coordination skills.
