    Kisi bi baat pe overthinking krta hu fir ghabrahat hone lgti h heartbeats tez hojati h in increasing order... Ptani ye kyu horha h mujhe but I feel exercise in sunlight + healthy food and sleep will fix this issue.. And this is not a small disease it can kill a person his brain will start recognising negative and suicidal thoughts Please guys bindaas jiyo vrna jeena mushkil hone lagjaega.. I've a solution Agar aapke man me ichha aaye kch krne ki to don't think too much just do it vrna jabtk vo kaam nhi hoga ap overthinking me ghuste jaaoge and anxiety attack aajaenge trust me! agar ek baar apkr dimag n kehdia h ki ye kro to bs ab krna h, kyu nhi krna hai ye nhi ana chiye dimag me.. I'm typing this comment and I'm feeling really well because My mind is busy in building new lines for the paragraph and it reduced my ghabrahat and anxiety keeping urself busy will murder this disease trust me

    Well, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

      Yes brother now I am feeling good ,I started to medical treatment along with physical exercise ,and meditation .
      I had gernalised anxiety disorder (GAD) ,I am actually medical student so I went to my physicarty department.
      Now approx everything is fine

    Ab mera without any reason heartbeat fast hoti hai , chest pain aati hai
    Dctr se check up karwaya tho pata chala ke mera heart' beat 107 hai
    Awr dusra kuch prblm nahi
    Ab is cheez se awr zyada boht darr gayi hun ..

    mera Age 19 hai mera sans nahi fulta hai mujhe aysa hota hai ki jab mai khali rehta hu to mujhe jab sans par dhayan jata hai to mujhe lagta hai deep breath ek bar lo nhi to lagta hai ki mai sans le hi nahi raha hu...or ye mujhe pichhle 15,20 din se ho raha hai ... Actually meri Nani ka deth ho gaya tha uske kux din badh 3 din badh mai dar gyaa tha mujhe laga ki mera heartbeat badh raha hai to maine us din deep breath kiya tab se har 10 min 15 min me mai deep breath leta hu or nhi leta hu tolagta hai ki sans hi nhi le raha hu but agar mai control karta hu to ho jata h control koi dikkat nhi hota h ya fir so jata hu raat ho din ho kabhi bhi to sab normal rehta h ya busy rehta hu jab dhayan nhi deta hu tab normal rehta h lekin jayse hi dhayan jata hu man krne lagta h deep breath karne ka 1 bar deep breath kar lete h to fir thik ho jata h fir jab dhayan jata hai wo dhayan 5 min me jaye ya 5 hr me jab jayega tab fir man karta hai deep breath karne ka mai 2hr khel ke bhi dekh ki sans fulta hi to nhi fula tha mii running kr ke bhi dekha to nhi fula tha bs jab sans ke bare me sochta hu ya jab khali rehta to to man krta hai ki deap breath kru sir please reply ye kya hai or ye kyse thik hoga 🙏

    I take stress too much which cause panic attacks and anxeity. suddenly my bp goes high and heart beat fast like bullet train and tension and sweat,
    Also i have pain in my left hand and back shoulder, its the pain or discomfort when I stretch my arm it feels good, I take too much tension that I have heart attack or not ;-; pls help
    These things started when my 10th board started last year in 2023 Feb, I got panic attacks and rush to the hospital in maths exam. And now I am in 11th and I take too much tension about study and about Heart attack, I see symtoms online and feel like I have those symtoms too.

      @@Sakshisingh0160 Reduce negative thoughts. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, hands on lap with palms facing upwards, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation-exhalation is not needed. Day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Make this a daily habit to have a relaxed life. Best wishes and prayers. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

    sir i feel too much nervousness for the action to b done seriously whether playing ,reading ,writting ,speech etc and lose my focus and confidence so can't perform task perfectly ...sir help me out plz
