I would suggest always use "most value for money or most affirdable" rather than the word "cheapest"
Video quality and camera work has improved a lot
Damac had issues with previous contractors for this community which was called as Akoya
Now they have changed the contractors to get good quality execution and re-brand the community as Damac Hills 2 instead of Akoya

Damac Hills 2 quality of construction has been by far the lowest compared to other communities. Water leakage during rain is a known issue.
I have a concern regarding glass doors. From a security point of view, they can be dangerous because anyone can break in. There is no metal protection covering the glass doors and windows.
Tempered glass not easy to break
And its dubai so security is better

Mentioned the same in the video if you have watched where Salman mentions the view will be of normal road.
@@WaliKhan_2k he mentioned there will be a garden view - there is not garden at the front side it will be another row of townhouses. You correctly mentioned that view will have conventional road

1.83 mn AED - built up area is 2352 sqft and plot area will be 1218 sqft.... this guy just said plot area 1700 plot area.... how much misinformation.... 1842 sqft plot area is for the corner townhouse and that is not of 1.83mn that is 2mn plus AED. enough

1. Middle unit TownHouse: Plot Area 1218 sqft - build up area: 2352 sqft
2. Corner unit Townhouse: plot area 1842 sqft - build up area: 2415.33 sqft.
Not an ideal layouts but reasonable price as compared to other townhouses in Dubai.
Similar Townhouse was of 1.4 or 1.5 mn AED a year ago in Camelia if I am not wrong, now the demand / prices have gone up.

No one will be investing their hard earned money just by watching this video. There is a reason the town houses are being sold for less than what something of this size is being sold in downtown. Never in the video it was mentioned that metro is just around the corner for public transport.

4 percent DLD waiver is already announced by DAMAC even if I buy directly by Damac....

@@WaliKhan_2k Damac is announcing such schemes - like before Ramdan 2% waiver was offered along with 5 year warranty - during Ramadan they offered 4% waiver and it is still offered recently for Natura townhouses.

its not 1 1 1 1 monthly all together - initial payments: we have got 5% in three months but at the interval of some 5 month…..its 60 40 even we buy from damac - this guy is not telling accurate information.

@MuhammadZeeshanAli I deal with this guy and he does what he said I think you get trapped by the new agents in the market. He has very strong connections in Damac and he gave us the unit in a sold out project - you should analyze before buying from someone either he is capable or not
