I have a very basic type of question. If someone buy an apartment in Vertical building. If that building is being demolished after decades. What would happen to those apartment owners? Will they have a partnership in the building land or something else
It will come down to the value of land in case the building is demolished and the funds are distributed amongst the rightful owners. This is a general understanding

Nahada 1 of Dubai and not of Sharjah. Near Sahara Mall you will be surprised such high roof beautiful apartments exist in Dubai at quite a reasonable rate with best schools in the area
