Too be honest, i have found too many discrepancies in the info provided/missed many highlights. Coming from a resident of this community for over 10 years

I have been following your content since long now and I really like this series but I think so you should make a video too with the resident of that area as they know better.
For example he hasn’t told you about the area behind canal residence that have shops, play area and restaurants. Canal residence, Matrix tower and Arena apartments are buildings in demand (due to the school). The capital appreciation is not that much in these apartments. I know someone who bought the apartment in 1.2M and sell it only for 900K+ (after covid). But ROI is great for few apartments.
Similarly the price quoted for victory heights villas is also on the lower side.
The mall was supposed to come and we were waiting for it.
The closest hypermarket for montly grocery is either carrefour in Meaisem or union cooperative in motorcity. Grandiose is high end supermarket and we have two in Sports city. Al maya super market is there under canal residences but mostly people buy se daily essentials from there.
Also there are many other points.
