KSA is an amazing country to generate wealth which is not possible for a salaried individual elsewhere in normal circumstances with ease. In this video, I discussed one of the query from someone in KSA about improving their career prospectives along with tools available to invest and grow their wealth.

a very straight forward investment in KSA would be to invest in Al Rajhi Growth Fund which gives annualized return of 12-15% per year, for emergency fund there is SABB banks Commodity investment account which give 5% Annually and both are shariah Complient
Overseas can invest with Al Rajhi or must be in Saudi on IQAMA?
Thanks for this. Let me get more details on Al Rajhi. Is it based on KSA stocks?
@@WaliKhan_2kyes i invested in this fund since September 2023 and up to now its increased to approximately 15% to 16%
@@engrumarkhan only account holder and Iqama holder
Al Rajhi growth fund is time bound or can be cashed any time? And what is the process to invest in it?
FYI, SAHM Capital is now good option for investing smoothly in US stocks from KSA like Baraka & Sarwa.
if he purchase 1 medium Bus 25-30 Sits . he can Rent out up to 5500 Riyal if deduct the expensive almost he can save 2500 Riyal ( in expensive 2500 Driver Salary +Maintenance 500)
Wali bhai aap acha kaam.kar rahey ho ....greetings from France
Bhai Wali Sahab, please make compression video on 10K salary in UAE and in Saudi for 2 kids 1 wife family.
Thanks
He can invest in Tadawul as retail investor and US stocks from the same brokerage account.
Al Ameen energy fund one of the best fund
Acha return bhi deta hai
Assalam Alaikum
Im also working in KSA from 2012
I will suggest that you have to invest in Naya Pakistan certificate it's a better and safe option.
Love from kuwait
Best

AAP ki baat se bilkul sehmet nahi hu travelling ko social media se comparison nahi
Real world or virtual world wala diff hai
How do you compare us blue chips for long term 5 to 7 years and UAE real estate stake ?
Canât compare like this. I would diversify.
Hey, I have a question. I am an indian how can i invest INR? Do I need to convert INR into AED first? If so then how?
Keep it simple
Just open a broker a/c. Buy any good 5 companies in Pakistan
Engro, Meezan, Netsol, Systems, OGDCL etc
Wrong approach.
Why ?
@@WaliKhan_2kwhy you said wrong approach? Please leave a reason also thanks
@@JunaidFarooq01 without knowing the time horizon, you cannot simply mention the stocks tips online. This is dangerous. You never know, the stocks can stay down for next decade - what if they have their funds for buying a house next year? So many things need to be considered.
Moreover, if someone is an expat, he has the option to invest in the US and other markets too - there are so many options. PSX is just one of it.
@@WaliKhan_2k thatâs what i wanted to know thanks đ
Hi My name is Arslan, living in Canada, i have property worth 500K CAD and 100K investment in different locked in pension accounts with152K CAD mortgage debt. Tired of Canada and this LGBTQ issue, islamic schools are expensive there is no saving anymore. We are working and just surviving i want to move some Islamic country where we both dont have to work full time and we can still live our lives instead of living like a robot.
How about home schooling?
FYI âŠ.. let me tell you about a mediocre professional job in Canada which earns more in USA $10k salary after taxes $8K and savings of $60K per year
Since you canât get it grapes are sour for you
As an Indian I am surprised you suggest people to invest in Pakistan. Pakistan is not even a EM country. It is a bankrupt frontier high risk country. When you have the choice, please keep your money in a safe jurisdiction like in the Middle East, IBKR account. India is a fast growing country and it is stable economy. Sending money to India is fine. But Pakistan? Come on man!
:-)
Itâs not how it looks like, we know what we are doing.
@@WaliKhan_2k Bhai with all due respect, patriotism aside, from economics standpoint, this is not even a debatable point. The facts are open, PK rating is CCC+ which is junk. Inflation in PK is 20-30%, returns are less than half of inflation. India and US are booming economies. Returns are higher than inflation. I was shocked when you suggested investing in PK is similar to US. You need to spend some time learning financial markets and economics, bro.
@@Revhappy829 itâs up to anyone to imagine. Pakistan is not defaulting and we have seen it. I donât recommend anything, itâs just my opinion and I mention everything with disclaimers. Currency depreciation can happen with any country - it doesnât mean a default.
And even if it defaults, we have seen recently how Sri Lanka bounced back. So itâs important to keep diversified and I still believe RDA is the best for short term parking of funds as no where you will get 9% USD based returns.
My dear PSx is much more profitable stock market than Sansex , the investors in GCC love to invest in Psx as it is high risk high gain market âŠ
@@Revhappy829 i understand ur prospect which mainly derived from the local india media where pakistan is shown in a negative way, keeping personal opinion aside u need to understand Pakistan has a portfolio n dollar incoming is much better thn alot of countries in terms of exports n remittances, apart from tht the financial market will not want to lose a partner like pakistan, those rating u refer 2 always jumps up n down not just due to finances but internal political instability, at the moment since around 3 years n continue pakistan govt has option for pakistan nationals who r mostly overseas to invest in a dollar term or pkr with 9% pn profit return in usd, and 20% pa return in pkr, its been more than three years ppl have milk money out of it n the good thing is u can easily transfer this money out to the same account u invest into the scheme without any prior approval, if pakistan has less issues n finance trouble then then profit margin would be far lesser compared to 2 what it offers right now, with greater risk comes greater profit..
You are losing hair. Are you taking care of it?
Nopes, least bothered. :-)
