Nobody is “winning”. This isn’t a game or a sporting event. If you compare the war maps of today and one year ago, they look virtually identical except for small advances in the Avdiivka area. But the costs to russia were so insanely high in terms of KIA (200’s) and equipment, those small gains are pyrrhic.
