- This is one of the groups that did part of the Trifecta backwards. We had some of the relatively stock trucks and a couple of heavily modified trucks with us. In other videos from this same trip you can see one of our trucks roll and more on the clip where Jerry is nearly crushed.

The white 2nd gen at 5:50 should have a conversation with the silver 2nd gen that kept stalling out. Like, heres how its done broseph.
I also have first gen tacoma but haven't found much for light bar brackets , this definitely helps, thanks

I recognize the Pelfreybilt as Tyler Pelfrey in white 2nd gen, Tyler's an awesome guy & have trailed with him at corral canyon good times, nice vid...

You would need to contact the guys over at Bay Area Metal Fabrication for all the details. They built this truck. It is heavily modified beyond stock and I wouldn't be able to give you enough details.

4:20 is that a 97 Tacoma!? It looks almost like the one I have 😢miss driving it. Still have it but crushed the left side of the roof and tailgate when I rolled it over. Anyone knows how much is lifted on this one??

The one with the matte black hood is a first gen.He is Jberry on tacoma world. This is his old truck, but I'm sure his build is still on there. The black second gen has a pelfreybilt baja style bumper, but they went out of business. The good news is BAMF (Bay Area Metal Fab) bought Pelfreybilt at the auction and has the rights to the bumpers. So your path at this point is to reach out to BAMF. Jerry is the owner, he's an awesome dude!
whats the red taco at 7:58 running? suspension(lift)/tire size?
+el dedo 7:58 is a white Tacoma and I think he's running Icons in the back with remote resis and I believe Bilstein 5100s up font with 33" tires.
The red Tacoma has Icon 2.5 RR with CDCVs. in the back, Dakar leafs out back. Out front he had Baja editions bilstein shocks with a 700 lbs coil and the toytec spring seat lift that is made for that particular shock. Tires were 315/70/17 Duratracs.
+Tunnel Vision 4x4 oops its at 07:50, sorry bout that. wow 315's lots of cutting there. I'm still researching for my 2016, however I'm considering picking up a 1st gen and using it instead.
+el dedo Yeah it took a lot of modifications. lol It seems quite a few people are stuffing 33" tires on the new 16s without too much trouble. Plus 33" are a way more practical tire for daily driving. Clearly practical wasn't high on our priorities! ;)

***** Thanks for the criticism. Sometimes it is difficult to get certain angles when out on the trail. Everyone wants to keep a good pace and I do my best to capture as much good footage as I can without being a burden on the group. I'll try to capture more suspension flex in future filming. do u need to do anything to protect the drive shaft?
Jack Daniel no but you will want to upgrade beyond oem skid plates. A taller sidewall on your tires is preferable for raising your diff too.
