Lena as a video suggestion, you should create a video on your opinion of the fitness norms, like when becoming too lean and losing your period, disordered eating, going to bed hungry all the time, trying to stay lean in society's definition of "Fit", etc. It'd be nice to see how you view these norms going on nowadays.
