Not only in Africa, South Africa is one of the biggest malls in world.
true
SA is not a big mall. It's a country.
lovr your videos
Thank you so much
South Africa has 3880 malls with 1550 of them in Gauteng. South Africa has more malls than most Western countries nevermind Africa.
It's truly sad that Africans think malls are something to brag about.
@@tvs9978 bragging and stating facts is two different things
brakking rights is a pride success & achievement...and is a true Fact even more Malls than most European Countries....Fact...
This is just the Malls what about the open Shopping 🛒.
Centres...South Africa Infrastructure are top Nosh...rang amongs the best in the World even better than most European Countries....I'm happy to see how people show to the World that Africa is not the Dark Continent...Al along South Africa was a sleeping Giant kept a secret....look at Santon look at the design of the Buildings...top class....
@@romanussaal712 The difference between South Africa and other African states is really simple. When we compete, we want to compete with Singapore, Hong Kong, Norway Finland Sweden, France, The UK, the USA, and Japan. That is why we had a bullet train 15 years ago and we could have hosted the Football world cup in 2004 already. I think people in other countries are just wasting their time competing against SA. SA is about to build future cities that look like Shanghai and Dubai while most African countries are still trying to build and upgrade their 19th and 201th century looking cities. Durban is about to build the only Aeropolice in the South Hemisphere beating both Australia and Brazil.
Yes brother Africa has its own beautiness
It really has!
We really appreciate your work 🙏 🙌
It's my pleasure
doing great job
thank you
Yes indeed, South Africa has malls everywhere you find yourself at. Two malls in Thohoyandou. Nice mall also in the Makhado Louis Trichardt
very true!
Hey, there!.. I live in Strand, and..yep - I know this mall very well!.. Very popular shopping hub for many of the locals and many others..

Check Like Side Mall in Benoni not very huge, but check the design almost build like a Passenger Cruise ship 🚢..
I can't wait
Why do you call it Thous Africa? It's South Africa, not Thous
Thanks for your correction but also know our pronunciations are different depending on the languages of different corners of the world
@@mvlogsofun but South cannot be pronounced any other way. So are you pronouncing North as Thorn?
Just know that people speak different languages in the world. so if someone fail to pronounce a certain word the way you want, its better to correct them than asking them questions. we are here to learn!
My country is beautiful. That's Y most black Americans leave USA to live here😅
Its Beautiful. Dont forget to sub and put on notification
Mazihambe apha ezi americans.
Mind you some European countries especially the east can't match up the modern south Africa especially city like cape town is always considered the best globally ask urself a city status as in globally
Truth right there!
Why do you care so much about Europeans?
And the CZcamsr is not even from South Africa 🇿🇦 he is just appreciate what our country do
So i don't understand what is a problem about that.
I dearly appreciate your support. Its us African who can show what our countries have, because western media do not show these good things about our African countries. South Africa represent!
South Africa's many malls and mostly rental residential complexes are going to be a massive problem in 35 years when the average South African of today (30 years old) retires.
Officially 30% of South Africans are unemployed, this includes taxi drivers, uber drivers, delivery people, most security guards, and most notable independent contractors and content creators. If you include them then it's only 9%, but that's no fun. So why are they a problem?
Of the 30% who are unemployed 2/3 are youth, that leaves an unemployment rate of only 10% among adults (25 yo +). When these people retire there's hardly going to be a large enough labour force to occupy these rental properties and shop at the nearly 2000 shopping centres. Crucially, there aren't going to be enough people paying income taxes to fund their pensions. Only 10% of South Africans will have enough pension to retire comfortably.
So enjoy them now because by 2054 they're most likely either going to be warehouses or abandoned.
Everyday I learn something new here. Thanks for your submission
Yes, SA has wonderful malls - but once you step foot outside the Malls, you are constantly looking over your shoulder, you’re in danger of being mugged or car-jacked at gun point , the rape capital of the world in a recent survey. South Africa is world renowned for being a beautiful country but very dangerous in places.
Okay!
That's a lie
@@priscillamatika3668 Do your homework on what I have posted.🙄
You are exaggerating why do you stay in South Africa 🇿🇦 then if you feel like that.
@@NtokozoPearlKhaula-et3vi 😅😅

@@youme1414 you can complain that is your rights but the thing is you hate us with passion.and pls keep on hating us.pls dont stop.
Development is really not defined by malls.🤦🤦
Obviously I didnt say that. If You have watched more videos from this channel I show and talk about different things. Otherwise thanks for your opinion
Who said it is defined by malls?
You might no know, South Africa doesn't just build malls randomly. Development in an area I'd multi layered. When building a mall be rest assured that it is mixed Development. Schools. Clinics, Mixed residential housing, Hospitals, Office parks, Distribution Warehouses, Factory sites, recreational facilities and definitely at least a Park.
Thank you for understanding it even deeper. Some people don't, and beside I don't only talk about malls, but infrastructures. If people travel around Africa and other continents they will know what I am talking about.
But malls remain an essential element of infrastructure development and an essential variable in purchasing power display. Don't be ignorant, it might not be everything but malls are definitely part of urban development and in my travels South African malls are some of the best in the world comparable to places like Singapore which have an extremely high standard of living far better than the US and UK.
@@luthovellem865 thanks for letting some people know
Don't say in africa even better than western countries
dont worry, hope you did join the family. we still showing what western media dont show
South Africa is not the most developed country in Africa. Just google the most developed country in Africa. Yes, South Africa has the most malls in Africa. They build malls all in the name of becoming a giant. Jeez!
okay
