South Africa have more malls than hospitals and universities. They are normally huge, opulent and uses a lot of electricity in a country where loadshedding is king. It is a priority thing for them.

There is waterfall Hospital just next door, lot of companies there like PWC, Deloit, Cisco ETC kindly understand the model its not just a mall
