King of the Pit was a collection of some of the baddest rigs in the country, converged upon the mud pits of Louisiana Mudfest. Each driver was given 3 minutes to show out with everything they had to score points on a scale of 1-10.
Congratulations to Brian Gurr for taking 1st Place, and Andrew Ware for securing 2nd Place.

Back in the day we did some mud bogging. Our most powerful trucks were absolutely nothing compared to what is running now. The horsepower, suspension, tires and drivetrain are god level amazing. Just blows my mind.
Always good to see bogg trucks instead of 4wheelers.

The one I run is 1600 horsepower and that's on The light side I know plenty with a he'll of slot more!

When I was growing up, this one mega truck in the area named "Donkey Kong" was just the biggest and baddest. It was an old dodge power wagon on some AG tires, this was back in the 90's and early 2000's mind you.
Truck was a big deal, this guy was by all means "king of the pit". South FL, east side, maybe you know em. Wasnt a WCB but same area.
His house had fucking holes in the roof. His 3 kids had to buy their own clothes at goodwill. He made enough to provide but put it all into the truck. The truck was more important than his kids health. His son has a huge shard of glass stuck in his heel from decades ago because he choose fixing a broken axle over taking his kid to the hospital.
Some of these trucks have a dark side, too.

That solid blue square body was a beautiful truck and tearing up the mud hole what a great looking truck. He looked like a angry prehistoric dinosaur who was mad! Turned off video when the black guy was drinking trans-light.
But its his truck tho 😭 fuxk what beer he drinks lets talk about how he’s the only black guy there with the baddest truck in the game 💪🏾 s/o to him
What is a "3/4 cam"? Does he have 3/4's of a cam? Hmmmm!
This just won't be possible when electric vehicles take over damn those nerds and their normal size dongs with nothing to compensate for damn them
I'm not a fan of this"new style"of mud bogging🤦98%of these trucks were just splashing mud and going fast..I miss when trucks would start in 2wd then put in 4 when they needed it
