I'm impressed how close this feels to a Hirasawa song. The style feels reminiscent and honestly had me confused on who composed it when I first heard it.

finally caved in and got this game, i'm not really into warriors style of games, that's why I always had it in my Wishlist. Anyway I finally got it and shit was awesome! did the entire story and eclipse and I want more!
I knew the game would end at the FUCKING BOAT. But it gave us a great track. So it's cool. I just hope the ten year Boat segment in the sequel is just one fucking level. Don't want to spend more time there than I have to. Thanks to berserk, I now hate any and all boats.
In the final level, you start on the deck of the boat. You want to get off, but it's a Musou game and there's no jump button. The timer is set to 10 years.
To be fair, the boat was the best place to stop the game really (and because there isn't any more story left, it's the only place to stop). Think about it... in the end before he is about to fight Zodd, he says: "I don't care about fights of the monsters." or something. That means for average viewer that Guts has found sort of peace and goes about his life forward. Sure it's not a resolution for the story or anything, but it is the best they can do now! And it's fitting enough.
Honestly my favorite muso warriors game right there with attack on Titans and fate Extella umbra Star Berserk was literally the Japan made lord of the rings for me and I always like to imagine drakengard with its altered timelines being some sort of alternate unverise to berserk because of how deep the inspiration yoko taro went with with its dark fantasy lol So with that said Poor guts you will never get off that ship RIP Kentaro Miura you did something in fantasy that is very unique OH time you always take the most creativity unique peoples off the planet 🌏 🌍 🌎 and always leave the bad ones it’s why I fear for yoko taro to be honest!

So sad I'm through with the story, such an awesome game! If they add some kind of Co-Op Mode, we won't need a sequel for a long time...
I'm sure in usual Mosou fashion, they will remake the first game again with some new aspects to it. So it might have co-op then.

I got the game less than a week ago and already got the Infinite berserker armor. Took me less than 5 hours to get to layer 100.
