God bless you, mate! Cheers from OZ!👍
So ridiculous that it took YT two months to suggest this guy to me!! And I've watched at least 1000 videos on plantar fasciitis...
Seriously, how on earth does this young guy have so so so much awesome information and suggestions. I just love his style too. No fluff, just truth. So so helpful. I'll look into his books to support his work too
he's great.
God has blessed you with knowledge and beautiful eyes
And beautiful face
And beautiful body
And beautiful soul
And beautiful voice

When I asked my Doctor about PF, he just responded with "yeah, that's a rough condition!" with nothing to treat or prevent it. Thank you for this series. It helped me understand what was happening and how I can take steps to help myself through the pain and stop it from coming back!
Most of the Drs are worthless.
Dude! You just cured my freakin heel pain!!!!! Omg! THANK YOU!!! I will name my 1st born after you.
Seriously, thank you so very much! I am actually crying because I thought I had a heel spur. Could barely walk at work. Xoxoxooxoxo
this works...saw this video about 3 years ago when I got tired of walking around like an old man. This showing up again in the algorhythm reminded me that I haven't been hobbled by heel pain in three years. I'm too straight to make any comment about his eyes.....
Wow!!I have seen a lot of these kind of videos by much older maybe more experienced people but no one has explained it more clearly🤗and those eyes just beautiful...
Dude! I am 65 yrs old, you have become one of my heroes, you have helped me more than the best Drs. I could find around my town. There is no doubt you are a gifted and talented healer. Thank you for all your help. I am implementing your techniques and dietary changes and I know this is the answer. I just 3 days I have much relief and am excited to see my health improve. Thank you again.
Thank you for putting out such helpful info for free. Clear and intelligent presentation. What a blessing!
You are amazing. Everything you have suggested is absolutely spot on. I have had nothing but success with all your methods. Thank you much for not just putting a band aid on it. 😘
At about the 11 minute mark where you talk about how massaging gets the muscle more nutrients etc. - I smiled big. My husband gives me massages because I have soft tissue issues practically everywhere on my body. I try and explain to him how I feel afterwards even though it is pretty painful to endure the massage itself. I tell him it feels like sunlight and fairy dust flows through my body. I appreciate knowing what is REALLY going on (though I do like to imagine the sunlight and fairy dust). I'm going to buy your book and watch all of your videos because, from what I've seen so far, you seem to really have a handle on these issues and know how to translate the knowledge into laymen terms for all of us. Thank you! (p.s. - your mom must be very proud of you!)
Oh, my goodness! There's a book! I just discovered his chanel. So I haven't learned much yet but I know he knows his stuff from what I've tried already.
I cured "plantars" 10 years ago with myself and all my clients you are 100 percent correct...I include other things as well But you are right on the money!!
You should teach all orthopedists and foot specialists.
From experience of years, they have no idea ... Most of them offer Arcoxia, cortisone injections and sometimes insoles.
Thanks to your video I managed to get rid of pain in two days, after six months of suffering!
You're an angel!
oh PLEASE this guy is a snake oil salesmen making it up as he goes along.
never ever trust a "specialist" or a doctor" they are a joke...I cured "plantars years ago for all my clients...This guy is doing it right!! nI add more things but he is spot on!!!

I have suffered for months now from heel pain. Being a mom of three I have a busy life and had never been to the doctor despite my heel pain getting worse and worse. To the point that I couldn't take it anymore. That's when I found your videos. I first changed my shoes and that gave me great relief. And after watching this video I actually found a tender point right below my knee. And as you said after massaging it I felt instant relief. Thank once again!!
Awesome!!! :)
Very informative info. Your a pro on the subject of Plantar Fasciitis. Very happy I found your site. Keep up what you do best.
Congratulations for your work. Your videos and book were the only advice and tools that improved my plantar fasciitis, now it’s almost cured.
This is the best video I've found on this topic. Had excessive pronation in my feet for years, and I always thought I would run it into problems when I was much older, but here I am now with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. On top of that, I did ballet most of my life and always thought that it strengthened my feet little did I realize .... I also have the longer toe too... so overall this video was just extremely useful for me- and gave me more info than my physiotherapist 👌🏽 thank you so much 😊
I think your UT are great. When I was young I was a competitive cyclist and runner for over 15 years. I could run a 4:30 mile but the instant I went faster my calf would give way. If I ran about a 5 to 5:30 mile I felt like I could run forever and was never injured. In my early 20's my resting heart rate was 44. I felt like if my right calf muscle was the same as my left I could run a 3 minute mile.
I tried all sorts of things - stretching, yoga, weight training, ultrasound, orthodics and so on. Nothing worked. I am now over 60 and about 2 years ago I was watching a documentary by the British 800m runner for Rio Olympics. To my amazement he described the same precise injury that I had. It took some of the best coaches and medical experts 2 years to find the cause.
He was pushing harder with his right leg than his left. This caused over striding onto his left foot. Resulting in the exact left foot heel problem that I did.
I retired early from work and now coach cycling and running. Since then I have noticed that this is a common injury. I needed to even up my legs with wgt training and not all the stretching I did. Like one legged squats etc.
dang! thanks. I am used to thinking "up stream" with IT Band problems...no one ever mentioned it when talking about heal pain! I found a knot right below my knee, rolled it out every day and months of pain are disappearing. I have been so hyper focused on my foot, it stopped me from thinking "big picture"
I got my "hellish" heel pain from a serious hike with a very heavy pack and weak glutes...
thanks so much
Oh dang! Yeah not fun to be in that position. Everything fighting against each other. Careful out there with the hiking!
Dude you are amazing... It explains a lot about my knee pain and planters and tight calf.... Thanks a lot
This video is awesome! It changed my life! Went to several doctors and got no relief. After two years of pain I found this video. After doing these exercises I had immediate relief!
If you suffer from foot pain watch this guys videos. I've had constant foot pain so long I honestly dont remember when it started. It's just something that's always been there and has just gotten worse and worse mo matter what I've done. I've gone to my docs, been to physical therapy, had some orthotics and nobody has ever suggested I had something as simple as plantar fasciitis. I have always stretched and begged for massages but nothing really took the pain away.......... until I watched this video! I'm telling you I am walking 100% pain free after these quick common sense fixes. I added in foam rolling on all sides of my legs and also used a massage ball in my calves as well for a deeper release. I'm so excited and relieved and happy I have to share this. Thank you!
How long did it take for you to notice results using techniques in this video?
YOU ARE A SAINT.
I've been in agony and limping for a year now and tried many things. My doctor was of no help at all. I saw this video about a week ago....
I went for a two hour walk the other day and actually forgot I had this "heel thing." I was in no pain at all!!!
I will continue to do these massages to maintain this, plus a few of your other tips.. Thank you!!!!! 😘
How many times a day are you doing the massage ? During day or night ?
I started following your advice 4 days ago. I've had great progress since then. It seems to be working!
Those eyes are AMAZING. And thanks for the tips! I pray this helps.
This kid is a smart and know how to help. thank you it help a lot
Thank you for the wonderful, thorough video! I’ve learned more from your channel than from any other sources.
William, your each video gets better than the last one..thanks again. Just did the rolling pin, was brill.
Thanks!! Glad this video could help :)
Awesome!!
Thank you!! My left heel has been hurting ALL SUMMER...did the calf massage and got instant relief!
Thank you, clear instructions and explanation, you are amazing, im a 64 year old dude who has had problems for ages, with your help they are so much better. Definitely subscribe to this site!
Buenas Dias! Six months ago I moved to a remote fishing village in Panama. Since arriving I only wore flip flops with arch support. 3 months after arriving I got plantar fasciitis on my left heal. I have been an occupational therapist (1992-2006) and massage therapist since 1999. Still, with all that experience I wasn't able to come up with a solid plan for reducing my heal pain. I also was seeking a good resource for my massage clients here in Panama. Almost every client that I have met in 6 months is dealing with heal pain...everyone said they are wearing flip flops everyday. So first, thank you for your book, which I bought on Kindle, Plantar Fasciitis Survival Guide. I will be recommending this to my clients. Second, thank you for the video tutorial and the options of tools...resources are limited in our little village, so I appreciate options like the rolling pin. Third and lastly, what connection do you see to wearing flip flops (with or without arch support) and plantar fasciitis? I feel like calling it "flip-flop-itis". Thank you!
Now that I have Plantar Fasciitis I will be doing some of these treatments. You have a good way of communicating how to do things with out a lot of bs. Thanks Will.
Sure thing buddy :D
I love the way you present things, thank you so much.
Your Eyes healed me😍😇😁👍👏
As I watched your video, I did the stretches, or as many as I could. While searching for and massaging the trigger points, I felt almost immediate relief!! I felt knots in my left calf!! I will do your suggested stretches and change my diet accordingly. I look forward to being pain free! Thank you!!
Cured by following ALL your advice-Thank You!
Man you are amazing! Update: WOW I explored for trigger points as recommended and man, they were deep! And over 4 days pretty much relieved, but the nerve pathway is so tender.
Original post: As others have said, great delivery of sound science and methodical organized details to treat, root causes of disease while addressing symptom relief. Outstanding. I have a history of on and off PF. 4 mo.s ago I had a partial tear of the PF, likely in the medial band area. Audible pop when it occurred and bruising, pain etc. 6 was walking boot. I had to ask for PT order as I knew this would require rehabilitation. My PT gal is great but I am interested to explore how to strengthen that medial area of the arch area with new exercises. I will review these with my therapist. Towel grab ok, but seems it may be time to focus on the medial area.
A video recommended Penny an pen with flexing the arch muscle while pressing the great toe joint into a penny on the floor while lifting the center arch. A pen is placed just barely into that arch area so as to alert the person if they are pronating into that pen, encouraging the person to lift upward. Any thoughts. Pulling the foot toward me with a there band created a terrible inflammation! Painful, not gout but it seemed similar. I eat Whole Foods plant based so ready to heal.
Best advice and explanation of trigger points!
You are so knowledgeable and explain this well . Thank you.
Brilliant. I also have carpal tunnel and massaging is painful so using one knee to massage the calf muscle was a great tip.
So glad I found your channel. Just subscribed. This is brilliant, thank you!
Awesome! And more videos to come. Let me know if you have any future video ideas :)
+PlantarFasciitis SurvivalGuide Surviving Disney World with plantar fasciitis, LOL. (I'm only sort of kidding.) I'm going in November with my family, and it's a lot of walking. 😩
Amazing young man of knowledge!!! Thank you !!!!
This is a God-send!! I'm pretty active and have been suffering from right foot pain (mostly metatarsal) for years. Podiatrist could not find a problem; no neuromas, didn't suspect PF and I had reasonable mobility. This past year I've had a lot more heel and achilles pain. I came across this and immediately discovered my right calf is chock full of pressure points. Am currently working on them and already getting serious relief. Watched your video on working the bottom of the foot with a wrench. Hoping this might help the metatarsal...?
Either way, I am forever grateful. God bless you and your work!

Your video on using a spanner for treating planter fascitis, works a charm, after 8 months or so I'm finally on my foot with minimal pain, thank you kind young man 🤗
Seriously, you have given the best advice on this subject! Thank you so much my friend!
please put out video on the thyroid connection to trigger points
Having just found your videos on Planter Fasciitis, I have to say thank you for all your advice. I have only suffered this for a few months, but have tried lots of things including shoe insoles that didn't help. Your advice has helped me brilliantly, and I now follow your recommendations and the pain is becoming less.
liked and subbed! Once i saw about the calf massaging trigger points, i immediately knew that you know what you're talking about. Been doing this for my plantar too. Oddly orthopedics don't mention this technique.
This gentleman is not only smart and very helpful but blessed with gorgeous eyes
Thank you for helping me.... you and the other gentleman on CZcams have helped me more than the two doctors I seen. I have supination of feet and it cause plantar in your feet. With the lifts in my shoes to keep my feet in a correct posture and your exercises, I can walk longer. There is little to no pain now. You wouldn't believe the relieve there is. I am truly thankful to you. I don't hurt in my heels no more, there is a freedom to it.... thank you
Awesome Lisa! Glad I could help out :)
Wish you worked in the UK! This is a great resource. Feel like my trip to the chiropractor was a total waste of money after listening to this
Thank you you are truly an excellent person. Keep up the good work.
You have provided me with more information than 4 doctors, 2 physical therapists, and 2 orthotics specialists. Had surgery on right foot and the problem is gone. Left foot is in screaming pain. I need surgery there as well. I am going to try your methods first. Your eyes are gorgeous!
I'm working on the trigger points in my calf, ankle, foot. Thank you so much! I just bought your 3rd edition book.
Awesome video. Been dealing with plantar fascitis for years and love all the content for issues of the plantar fascia.
Your advice is fantastic. Thank you.
You have extraordinarily beautiful eyes, kind sir!
These are the right methods - there is so much terrible info and advice out there but this is the real deal - thanks!
You are amazing on your presentation so easy to understanding, thank you, continue your good work. 🤗
You are a genius! No wasted words. Excellent advice! Better advice and guidance then I've heard from any "doctors". Often they say surgery. I just know there making money off of it or just pawning off there ignorance. Good video!
William, great info. What shoes do you wear on a regular or daily basis?
Have you ever heard of Bastien Gonzales? I think you would like his work on maintaining healthy feet. He recommends simple stretches and plumping up the pads of the feet each night to keep the feet healthy.
Bravo young man. You made my day. You are full of knowledge. I am going to try try all these trigger point exercises. Bless you.
After 12 months of very painful achilles tendinitis with no relief from 6 physio sessions with calf stretches and insole heel raises prescribed by the physio i have finally found the problem from watching your video. Initially using my thumbs i started massaging my calves which were very hard probably from 15 years of calf raises and initially quite painful. Almost instantly i felt pain relief in my achilles and while its still not resolved fully the pain has substantially reduced, massaging my calves are now pain free and feel its just a matter of time. I've also ordered the tool for scraping the tendon and will use this in conjunction with the massage. A very big thank you!!!!
I'm really amazed and so happy with the knowledge you have and sharing it. I have to admit that I was skeptical of you cause your so young but was I wrong, thanks once again dude, it feels so much better after 5 minutes...
U surely are very innovative using domestic tools. 👍👍👍
I just found your videos and I'm so grateful. Thank you very much, they are very helpful!
Looks good and easy. I will try it out.
I have done kinetherapy but not working at all. So thank you so much. Been watching your video. Like it. And you have beautiful eyes I must say :)
This is such great information. This is the only channel I have ever subscribed to. Thank You!!!
Sure thing! And I am glad it is useful :)
Can't keep my eyes off those beautiful clear blue eyes 🤗🤗😍 I came here for my foot 😂 but got treatment for my eyes
Thanks mate really hit the nail on the head
This video helped me a lot! Thank you!
Thank You for all the Info great stuff . I like the ring spanner 19mm get into a lot of places also good if your not that flexible and cant reach . 2 year lock down has ruined my health .
My trigger point is on the inside of my ankle against the shin. Amazing how much pain there is there. One side only. My granddaughter was standing on my ankle and it killed me a while back. Didn't give any thought until now. It was an area of injury already. I have massaged this area and the pain goes away. Crazy. It will come back, but I will continue to massage this area when I need to walk. It will eventually go away. I think it developed because of my excessive weight. So losing weight is my goal.
This PF is the worst. Thanks for your videos!
I've had PF 6 months. Have done these exercises and i have gotten better. It's slow but feeling better. Also purchased NB sneakers that you recommend and i can walk again. Thanks.
Your video is so damn awesome. My planar fasciitis started more than a year and a half ago after falling down a flight of stairs and impacting the heal on each step all the way to the bottom. I was initially diagnosed with achilles tendonitis which I corrected through stretches. However, soon after the achilles pain was gone the heel pain started.I was just doing stretches for the heel and calf but didn't realize the source of my pain may not even be just the heal. After looking at your video I searched for the trigger points and it didn't take long to find and realized that my left calf had a whole lot. I will try the massages and get back into stretching. It seems as though when i don't continue to stretch regularly bad things happen. Thanks for the inspiration because I was wondering why the calf stretched along weren't working.
Awesome! Yes let me know how it goes. Totally understand your frustration.
I have plantar fasciitis and also have a lot of shoes, so it hard to have all the right insoles. What a good brand.
Very clear and understandable. Thank you!
glad I can help!
Thanks 🙏🏻.. these are the small remedies we can do at home..make sense. Bless you.
Everything he suggests I do and feel so much better.
I've been in tears tonight my left foot in do much pain. My 19 year old son had to literally carry me. I've had plantar fasciatis now for 3 months. I tried the socket wrench just now and I'm so thankful... Got some relief!! It's going to take some work for me each day. You are so brilliant and I want 5o thank you for sharing your knowledge. Are you attending college to become a physician? If not... I think you should!
Thank you for the excellent lesson. 🙏
Oh my gosh!!! One application of your recommendations here, and my intense heel pain is GONE!!!!!!!!!!!! You are a genius!!!!!!!
I can't get over this. And not only do I have no foot pain, but my hip (same side as foot) which has been painful for months now, is free and painless!!!!!!!
I will say, too, that for me, it's all in the sustained pressure into the sore spots...rolling techniques don't work. This is corroborated for me by another CZcamsr; if interested see "Why foam rolling is not myofascial release" and then Part 1 of that idea.
Anyway, thank you hugely for your invaluable discovery of the root cause of plantar fasciitis.
And yes, your eyes are incredible, although you must get tired of hearing that ;^)
Great info, very helpful. Thanks!
Are you still active on your site? I’m wondering why your videos stopped. I’ve learned so much from you
It is certainly disconcerting to see such a young doctor to speak with so much authority on the subject. I am going to follow his advice and I hope that it will be good for me.
Thank you so much. You are so sweet and helpful!!
You are welcome!
Thank You this are good rolling tips. I will sure do them! Namaste
You're amazing! Such good information! Thank you!
Absolutely love your knowledge on plantar fasciitis, I can't believe I only just found your videos on CZcams. Spent so much money on asics gel nimbus and new balance fresh foam x and you are absolutely right I am in pain when I walk in them. Going to get those shoes you recommended.
But need to ask you if you think a massage gun would work on calves, hamstring and bottom of feet. Also should continue stretching my foot back towards my shin, I normally do 3 sets of 10 reps and hold each rep for 10 seconds. Again thank you my hands get so tired and sore massaging that's why I thought maybe the massage gun. Hope to hear from you
Dude, are you a doctor? From Stanford? Who lives in an RV, now? Awesome!!!
I've just started shock wave treatment 2 sessions in no difference I have flat feet and bad heel pain in one foot not sure If its akhilies or not but will be sure to try your routines great vid hope they work
Thank you so much, great help and good exercises
This worked great for me. Now if only I knew what the triggerpoints were for iliotibial band syndrome!
Excellent. Thank you
You are young, but, boy you know your stuff! Thanks, my doctor no help, have a tear in Plantar fasciia 6 months, no relief, found you. Have hope to relieve my problem. Just found you a day or two ago. My son was immediately interested. Sent him your info for the Utube videos. Thanks so much. Appreciate this volumn. Get a script, you repeat sometimes (not planned for emphasis) and time is precious. Also, I bore easily. I am "JUst the facts". That's me. Others probably don't agree. What I really like if all the info and how it all connects. Understanding means you can figure out how to fix it. Good luck, you will do well, just don't lose that passion. Am impressed
