There are a few things for plantar foot
Make sure you rest your feet
      Consider Wearing supportive footwear
      Try ice on your heel
Try ibuprofen or another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug to lessen pain and inflammation
      Wear night splints
      Try stretching and strengthening exercises.
(I learned these and why they work from Rohon foot care website )

Wow...what a difference this has made for me! My PF has been acting up BAD for 6 weeks now, with no relief from anything. I grabbed a wrench from my husband's toolbox, and this has made all the difference in the world! It's getting so much better day by day! I even found a huge knot in my calf that I'm working out. Thanks so much for sharing this tip!! :)

Amazingly reasonable presentation. My physical therapist(s) are totally clueless about Plantar's Fascitis. I notice that this is self administered; that is the BEST, because only you can feel exactly where the pain is and adjust the pressure to be effective without causing damage.

You have helped me get so much relief and you haven't charged me $40 for each of the 6 visits I have had or THE TERRIBLE cortisone shot 😳🤯😭.

Oh my, this bout of PF came on suddenly in March. Best way to describe it was that it felt like someone took a hammer to my heel, like it was bruised. I could barely walk either. Went to my podiatrist first but no resolve, then to the orthopedist for an injection and eventual CAM boot and lastly to the chiropractor as I was suspecting an imbalance. After he explained the scar tissue to me, I researched and found these videos ~ it’s been miraculous for me! Still going to the chiropractor as I have a long way to go still! 🦶🏻🦶🏻

Thank you so much! Someone told me to use a wrench and I could not visualize what they were wanting me to do, this was exactly what I needed to get started. I have PF but I suppose it started from an injury I have from rolling my ankle and 3 years later it still hurts. It hurts me on the opposite side that you showed scraping I’m assuming I would do the same on the opposite side. Thanks so much, I’ll check out some other of your videos too. I can’t wait to start rebounding but it started aggravating my ankle too much since it is still injured.

This method has worked amazingly well for me. My chiropractor uses a pulsating instrument to break up these adhesions but I’m finding my 11/16” wrench works better as I can manually get close to it and then move it around as needed. My secondary issue is a higher hip which caused my imbalance ~ had a partial knee replacement last September so this has been going awhile for me ~ too much limping around. Thanks so very much for sharing this!!!

Lovely video my friend, in NZ (New Zealand) we call that a "Ring and Open Ender" or a "Spanner".
You can also purchase them with double rings in two different sizes for two different sized nuts.
Also, it is usually not "Stainless" it should be "Hard Chrome" or it has been "Hard Chromed" the coating is Chrome.
In NZ you can buy them at Repco or Supercheap Auto.

and..... it works! I was using a ball to try and stretch the fascia... never quite did it... using a spanner its perfect i've been doing it twice per day for the last 2 days and my foot pain has completely gone. Yes it's very sore to being with when scrapping the fascia but it does get easier... also used the spanner to scrape the calves and Achilles to loosen that area up. Give it a try.

Thank you so much! I am using your method and loving it. I am in the auto building industry, on my feet 11hrs a day, constantly moving, on a concrete surface. I have done cortisone injections, orthotic inserts, restriction while sleeping, foot exercises, ice baths, wear good shoes, facsia socks, you name it... this exercise is giving me relief. I hope I can actually work toward a cure. Doing this at home, with things I already have, is very helpful. I am spending like crazy and still in pain. Thank you very much. I will continue working on my problem areas, make sure Im getting the right vitamins, and hope for the best.

I like the way you find ordinary household items to use; I will try the wrench fix as soon as I can get hold of a wrench.... [which should be today ;-) ]

Yes the perfect tool, I was wondering what I had around the hse to use instead of buying anything. Thank you

Damn. I've had it for 16 years off an acute "didn't ease into barefoot gait" deal. I tried ice, negative reps, & I've stretched all my life (drummer) but I got no relief in a few months so I gave up. WELL the pain is unbearable now that I'm 40. I'm definitely trying this out.

Man I love you dude! I got PF from standing 50 hours plus a week for over 6/8 months due to lower back pain. I’ve seen people charge hundreds for this at their office. I will be trying this tonight. Can I scrap my hamstrings and groin too? Thanks

I had really bad plantar fasciitis caused by worn out work boots. Getting a new pair of boots with a thick soft insole and using this technique and its gone in about a week. Pain relief was immediate but it was completely gone in a week.
