This is my first attempt at a CZcams video. I have no idea what I'm doing. What would you like to see? Follow me on instagram / 24yep Merch at 24yep.com
YEP I loved everything about this! Perfect intro! Excellent build and rundown. I've enjoyed following the build on RCC. One of the best looking lil' scale rigs. Liked and subscribed and looking forward to more in the future.
Watched your videos from newest to oldest so that’s why I’m commenting on this one, but I thought they all were great! I hope to see more driving content soon! Would also love to see more build videos! The video about rims was super helpful! I’d been wondering were people got their cool ass rims. This is the content I’ve been looking for! Also, ur sense of humor cracks me up dude!
Just stumbled across your vid, great work. That vw bug looks awesome with some cool weathering done on the body. Fab build can't wait to see more content 👍
Dude! I love VW bugs and you killed it with yours! New subscriber for sure. Awesome first video. Keep up the good work. Will be watching for more videos .The beginning of your video is priceless.
Dude! I saw your VW Bus and Baja Bug a few weeks ago on Insta and I was totally inspired! Those are some awesome builds! I immediately started scouring the web in search of my 2019 Ford Ranger, ended up with a Maisto die cast. It's a bit on the heavy side, but completely custom. You keep doing what you're doing... the builds will keep them coming back.
I FREAKIN LOVE IT!!!!! Subbed, and liked ... I am goin on almost 50 years old... and I just got back into the RC scene, jumped into the 1/10th scale crawler/trail scene. When I was growing up I was REALLY into GI Joe. I had just about everything they made.... so I got to a point I would go to swap meets and buy old beat up, broken, off brand GI Joe toys, and essentially frankenstein them together into new GI Joe vehicles. This genre of RC is allowing me to do that again in a sense! And your buggy here, when describing it, brought back so many memories - and IDEAS! Good video too by the way! Will be watching for more! Edit: BTW I liked the 2 scenes .... the one of the "big picture" with you filming the "close action" scene..... new take ... and I really like it myself.
new sub from me, very cool, you've started what many of us wish we could do. Best of luck and growth of the channel, keep pushing out some content, and it will come, I am sure
Ur humor cracks me up bro you have awesome content glad I subbed. I’ve already learned a lot although only 1/24 scale I have is a axiel scx24 I have a redcat gen 8 scout a axiel scx10 blazer a kayosho dodge challenger and a traxxas stamped with old Big foot body and a fms k10 pickup and a wpL Toyota pickup the updated better more buildable version
Nice edit! Very enjoyable, really liked the off camera bits. I would love to see some creative build video's. Is there anything you are working on? Keep up the good work and have fun!
Great car, run and video. That Playmobil VW bug is a very interesting find too. I take it you had to sort out that chassis to make it work with the wheel base? Looks better than any stock crawler body except maybe the Kyosho ones, which aren't great crawlers.
Had to go back to first video trey to find out about that baja mod you did, spotted it on the latest video hahaha, the Mrs lol "suck does nutz" we need a wifey reveal haha
Love the Bug crossover with the SCX24 base. I think you should have taken you girl's initial suggestion for the video opening. The 2nd suggestions was also good! Love the videos man, keep it up. The "fun" approach in your style is refreshing and entertaining at the same time. Its great that you 3D print your own stuff as needed. What printer do you use?
Whats not to like. it looks sick!!! I bought them wheels but could never get them on. the rubber was to thick to clamp. It would start squeezing out. Maybe i need there tires?
Hey brother! You inspired me to do a bug! I am curious if a person can get the windows out of that damn playmobile bug body without breaking it? My big fat arthritic fingers have a tough go masking! 😂
I'm not sure with the bug, I HAVE had luck getting windows out of the Aston Martin (playmobil) so I would assume the bugs also pop out. They were super tight though, I used a small pick tool and kept prying at every little corner
@@24Yepp sorry I worded that wrong, what is the length of the screws you used for the spacers? I just got the super 8s and I’m having a lot of binding issues with the shocks
@@lukes_rc You may just have to play around with different sizes, every setup is a bit different. Super8s have caused me issues too with how they space the shocks and links out more
Dude knocked your first video outta the park! Keep posting videos just like this one! 👍🏻
❤❤❤
Awesome custom build ! Love hearing the tires grip on the rock :D
You're going to become famous in the rc world dude. You make great videos.
Thank you!!
Super nice build.
These are the best kind of builds. Not overbuilt but still capable and fun. Makes it's challenging too. Good stuff

This is one of my favorites, the paint job really came out great

Thanks a ton man, I appreciate it! Plenty more to come!
Looks good! I may have to build a "mini me" for the Spare Time Hobbies "Bugger" that I'm in the process of building.

Hahah thank you so much.
This is way cool man, congrats on the video, I want to do a bug build so bad and this is just adding fuel to the fire. Hopefully we'll see more!

You made such a cool and pretty vehicle 👍🏼🤩☺️
Hell yeah! Been waiting for this!
I'm waiting on parts from Injora to build a 1/10 bug crawler, now you got me thinking of making a little buddy for it!
Great video...nice work with the car...
Sweet build!
Loving all the VWS!!!!
You win at making good tiny cars.
Hell ya dude excited to see what’s coming!!😎
That is such a cool idea to use a Playmobil body! I've been trying to find a small beetle body, but this just solved it. Ordered one right away.
🤩What’s up 24yep congrats, the video is super cool 💯‼️🆙🤩🤙🏻✌🏻
❤❤
Good work. The first couple videos are the hardest. Don’t be like me and Keep droppin bangers.
Lol thanks man, gonna try to stick with it!
Thats one sick bug! Love all the fake scraps and rust on the body and wheels!!! Mint!
The wife is a real one! Great video

About 5 mins after I left, stuck in my sidewall, lol.
Hahahha, glad I picked it up then. Also, thank you!
Excellent!!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Well done! Nailed the opening!
I saw you vw was for sale, you want a snappin turtle??? Sick build!!! Keep it up!

Love video and the VW bug body! Peace!
Those tires grip!!!
😂😂😂 great video love the bug … I am currently building one for my mom
Lucky mom!

Yep deff. had to sort the chassis out a bit..
Playmobil has a ton of cool options
Hell Yeah subbed
The bug that inspired most of us! Need a link for the body mounts lol
I have them on thingiverse free to print. "Scx24 magnet mounts" or something like that
Maybe add some music while you're crawling bro? That is one sweet build too! Love it! I want to do a beetle body on my 10th scale rig.
Eventually, still learning how to edit 😂
@@24YeppNah!!! I like hearing the ground crunch and the tires crinkle! Nothing worse than a video with blaring, awful music. Keep it Zen!
Awesome! I subbed!
Love it!
Thanks!!
Ohh , thats Different 👍

Hi! Good video really like this rc! Could you share the parts list with me so I can try to put together something similar?
Your girlfriend is my new favorite CZcamsr!

cat wait for more!!
Waited too long for this ! Do a how to styrene Video
I'll toss it on the list, thank you!!
amazons 1/24 scale diecast right after watching
mine is like #10
How heavy is this body compared to the clear, assuming lexan, bug body? Want to stay as capable as possible but those Playmobil bodies are awesome!
Its definitely heavier than lexan, but it's still completely capable. It's not TOO heavy.
Yeaahhhh! I mean.....yep.
Yep
What kind of ESC do you use? I just got a flysky gt5 for my scx24 and would love an ESC recommendation. Thank you!
Mine are all furitek lizards. Vt3k also makes a great and highly rated esc.
@@24Yepp thank you big dog
What size screws did you use for the upper shock spacers?
Not too sure what you are asking, the screws at the top of the shock are long ones to make up for spacers
@@24Yepp sorry I worded that wrong, what is the length of the screws you used for the spacers? I just got the super 8s and I’m having a lot of binding issues with the shocks

Ghetto is the way to go lol most my stuff is rigged man
Deeez what???

Seen on Instagram, you have a channel so I came and subbed. Good luck, keep up the content 🤙👍
