Pitts Special S2A landing

Pembroke Ma High School senior Max Frattasio solos the Pitts into Cranland ,1750x50ft paved ,for the first time. This narrow somewhat short strip can be challenging even to tin can pilots, healing a short coupled, stiff legged ,poor forward vis machine and making it look good can be a handfull at times.Barely 18, Max has demonstrated good judgement by going around when things weren't going as he prefered.We have a few kids that have come out of our area that are turning out to be good pilots.It is quite refreshing to see a bunch of clean cut, polite, knowledgeable teens riding motorcycles,driving cars, running machines and flying planes responsibly. incredible! I'm looking at buying a Pitts and my home airport is 2089x29ft. Makes me feel much better about if it's possible to get her in and out
