Does the programming interface come with the kit? What is the lead time and costs to get it sent to NY?

for the price, i belive that the programming should be directly from PC to touch screen without interfaces in the midle. have you tried Iddero verso touchscreens?

What is ets? How do I install it to Mac book?

ETS is the software needed to program KNX devices and is not available for macOS. Works only in windows.
