  • Get Your Soy On With This Delicious Chicken Recipe! ไก่ต้มซีอิ๊ว
Hi everyone in today's video is all about cooking Thai omelet/ omelette. Chef Tou will be showing us two versions to cook, making the most perfect side dish that you can eat with rice or just about anything. But actually this recipe is very easy and doesn't require too much work.
    Amazing!
    Enjoy.
    Here's the recipe:
    🟢For the chicken one pot:
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp maggi sauce
    Half Tbsp chicken powder
    Dash of water
    Good quality oil
    🟢 For the sauce:
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp maggi sauce
    Half Tbsp chicken powder
How ever many Thai birds eye chillis that you can stand
    1 banana shallot
1 Whole stem of sweet basil leaves
As with all Asian cooking this is a rough guide with regards to amounts, adjust for your own taste and spice tolerance.
If you want to make it spicier then toast birds eye chillies instead of large sweet chilli.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.
    Enjoy!!!!!!!

You can use coriander stems and leaves instead
