The only issue you might have is the fear of missing out, just like everyone else. I have been mining for about 6 months now and just about every mine, it backfires and slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points I try to do top down analysis but it doesn't work for me . I say to myself, clearly I'm in the 90% that lose money, so I open a demo account, do my analysis, then take the opposite of what I would normally take and get the same result. I'm starting to feel hopeless, any advice for a struggling trader?

Don't listen to her, don't give up. Mining takes time(months, even years) to master, even the pros learn everday. Never the less, if you lose money no matter which side you take, maybe you need to look at how you are managing active trades rather than how you are entering them. My advice, find a mentor . And also, try incorporating the use of oscillators, Bollinger and pivot points into your strategy. And most importantly move to higher TFs(4h or 1D preferably), you'll thank me later.
You're correct, I don't lose money every single trade, but my main problem is trying to let my runners run. Very rarely do I catch big moves . Instead they go a few pips in my direction, then go against me if when I try holding them. Also my entries could use a lot of improvement. When the government sent everyone checks I knew inflation would be an issue. So I took the money they sent me and bought my first Bitcoin. I am up 14x from that purchase and was never lower than 3x when it was down 2 years ago. It very much is a hedge against inflation.

I agree with Anthony that when BTC was in the $25K to $40K range and it was becoming quite obvious that the spot bitcoin ETFs were going to be approved, that was an easy opportunity to get on the train. That was really the time to get greedy and load up.

Yes of course you still can. Reminds me of the guy who bought bitcoin in like 2011 and everyone was calling him a chump, then the market boomed and after a few years and he made a killing, whereas many people got burnt because they doubted.
The only issue you might have is the fear of missing out, just like everyone else. A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $1million in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.

People have been buying Bitcoin in Nigeria because the inflation was crazy. Bitcoin was more stable than their currency. And recently the bank of Nigeria put a ban on US Dollars, so folks can’t even hold that. So Bitcoin is one of the most stable assets there currently.

blockchain is interesting but bitcoin was built on yolo's/hodl's/ and to the moons targeted towards internet culture consumers. if mining isn't profitable, people stop doing it, thus affecting the security of the network it is built on. it just doesn't have any use cases that makes the transactions fee's worth collecting. private ledger will be where blockchain is in 10+ years. people have been pushing so hard to get institutional investor's in strictly to keep the price up after halving. that's my opinion.

Bitcoin is a complex thing which requires deep thought in order to understand.
Which is why congress didn't ban this scam a long time ago. But in reality it is very simple. Some guy made his own money which uses encryption public and private key for transfering between people. He probably didn't even invent the encryption method. And then it became popular on the silk road for illegal deals. The US govt. seized a few billion worth of it so they got their cut.
