    Material (Pan size: 21.5cm x 9.5cm x 9.5cm)
    185g milk, 5g instant dry yeast
    25g sugar 5g salt
    Bread flour 270 g
    30 g soft butter at room temperature
    Tip
    room temperature soft butter
    Preheat the oven.
    milk temperature
    Milk: Use cold in summer
    Milk: 15 seconds in the microwave in spring, autumn and winter
    When using a stand mixer (depending on the stand mixer specifications)
    1. Add all ingredients except butter.
    2. Mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Mix 5-6 minutes on medium speed
    4. Add butter.
    5. Mix 5-6 minutes on medium speed

    레시피보고 첨 식빵 구웠는데,
    너무 맛나요!!
    부드럽고 버터맛도 은은하고,
    산거랑은 질적으로 다르네요!

    아침부터 시작해서 이제 다 구웠는데,발효하는게 쉽지는
    않던데요,그래도 고생끝에

    항상 잘 보고 있어요~~

    엊그제 처음 만들어봤는데 제 입에는 조금 짭짤하긴 했지만, 고소하고 부드럽고 맛있어서 오늘은 2배합으로 2개 만들었습니다. 아무것도 안 발라 먹어도 가족들이 그냥 쭉쭉찢어서 잘 먹어요~ 좋은 레시피 감사합니다^^

    어쩜 손으로 내리치실때 기계보다 훨씬 쫄깃해보일까요 ㅋㅋㅋ 손으로 똑같이 따라해도 ㅠㅠ 저렇게 안되던데 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

      저도 삭빵 여러번 만들어봤자만 7분 저렇게 내려친다고 매끈햐 지지않더라구요.. 더 오랫동안 한듯요..

      I often use all purpose flour for bread and havent really noticed any difference to using bread flour.

      한김 식힌후 위생비닐에 넣어 두시고 이틀정도는 실온에 드시면 되구요,오래 보관시 냉동하셨다가 실온에서 해동해 드셔요. 냉장보관은 빵이 마르고 맛없어집니다😊
