세 번 만들어 먹어 봤습니다. 맛은 말할 게 없겠고요. 진 반죽의 특성상 굉장히 부피가 잘 부풀고 솜털처럼 폭신폭신한 느낌으로 나오더군요. 이렇게나 진 반죽은 처음 만져 봤는데 정말 재밌는 경험입니다. 아주 가벼운 빵의 식감이 부재료들과 찰떡궁합인 느낌이 들고요. 빵을 만드는 게, 먹는 재미도 있지만, 이렇게 다양한 느낌의 반죽들을 손으로 오물조물 만지고 다루는 그 느낌, 접다 보면 질척함에서 매끈한 표면으로 변하는 그런 느낌을 느끼는 재미도 크게 차지하게 되네요.
