Good information! I would also suggest to check out the book It Starts With the Egg by Rebecca Fett.

    Thank you for this video.
It's been a hard road. Some days are better. I'm trying to stay positive. I definitely relate alot to what she says in the beginning about how when you are young you focus on life and yourself and usually trying not to get pregnant but then boom all of a sudden this switch happens and now your trying to get pregnant. I have been bleeding and spotting during ovulation time for the past 2 years now like clock work
Currently in the works to get all my levels checked. My spouse and I have been together for 6 years active and no protection but not one scare.
My mind is very active and on and I do think part of why it's not happening yet is stress. I am a nurse and life has not been easy dealing with covid and all the changes. As much as I do want a child I also stress about the inadequacy of our future life on this planet and the fact that we are already draining our earth of its resources. If one is to bring child to the planet it must be to teach them of their mission to save our earth and the future . That wil be the job of the future seeds ♡ pray for me you guys to find some inner peace
    Much love

If you are still struggling to conceive one of my good friends said she tried this drink that promotes and helped balance your gut. She said it can make a huge impact on helping to conceive. I don't know if it really helps or not but it doesn't hurt to try. Let me know if you'd like anymore information.

she doesn't really talk about the age cut off or range for what old means in the last part of her talk. I wanted to know more about the age variable effects on supplementation's efficacy

When you say quality, you don’t mean the genetics because that is a totally different topic. Still not explained compelling to women who can’t conceive with many eggs.

"This is happening globally....across Western Countries....." This is not a global problem, but a fertility issue with Europeans and those with European backgrounds. It is true that many of those from European backgrounds ARE suffering from lower birth rates.
