    • @kubasamolot
      @kubasamolot Před 6 lety +4

      Lucky 222 the cockpit does not doffer at all in a318, 19, 20, 21 and 319neo, 320neo and 321neo so the type rating is the same as for the a320 family.

      @@kubasamolot Is everything of Same of Their procedure to Train a Student & what about Cost?

    • @kubasamolot
      @kubasamolot Před 5 lety +1

      I don't quite understand what you wrote. Student training is the same, pilots who were flying A320 now can fly A320Neo without any further training. The only thing that differs there are the engines so if the type rating has always been the same for CFM and IAE, why would it be different for P&W and LEAP?

    In our air company we switch engine mode selector in IGN with "CONFIRM"
    For example
    "Engine mode selector ignition, confirm?"
    "Confirm"

    • @MicraHakkinen
      @MicraHakkinen Před 6 lety +3

      Would you also do that for a manual engine start? Getting confirmation from the other pilot is something I've so far only seen in situations where it is critical for the safety of the flight to prevent any "oops, wrong button" situations.

    • @MrJeldor
      @MrJeldor Před 6 lety +3

      Bart Kuijper yes, for Manual Start we also use "CONFIRMATION" for "engine mode selector". But, this rules different for each airliner.
