I still remember the first breakfast burrito I had from a taco shop, when I was 19 years old, working in an auto shop in south San Diego. My favorite food item still to this day.

Try pouring the raw eggs on the cooked bacon and potatoes and then cooking them all together like that until eggs are done. It blends it really good like that

YUM! My favorite to make is Chorizo, breakfast sausage, egg, onions, bell pepper, jalapeno, refried beans and cheese on a flour tortilla, crazy but worth it!~

Love the grease trap blocker. We need to develop a silicone mat three-sided so we can hold little bit deeper oil for frying. Or something like the silicone round egg fryers but much bigger scale for a little bit deeper frying
Looks great Todd, when you get back to Arizona, Verde Valley area, look up Colt Grill, They have a Breakfast burrito, that rocks, I also have an Alfonso's near me, don't know if it's the same company, but I'm gonna check it out!
To add another element of flavor, consider tossing the burrito down and flatten it on the griddle on both sides to brown the tortilla a bit. It helps seal the burrito so ingredients don't fall out as well.

This is a good meal
The only difference I did was mixed all the ingredients at the end on the griddle.

The key to mixing the potatoes into the bacon is to make sure that you do not lose any of that heart-stopping grease, so that at 3:30 there's hardly any grease going down the gate at the back of the grill. Also in other videos they chop the eggs and all the other stuff together right on the grill.
Simple take on a proven hit meal. Nothing wrong with simple.

My favorite sauce is sour cream with some chipotle in it. Cuts through the fat and elevated the flavors.

Hi, Jim - Every year and every tour is different. Over the years, I've griddled in west Florida from Crestview to Pensacola to Miltton to Orlando and Apopka to Tampa to Palm Beach to Okeechobee and Sebring. Some years we hit Florida, other years it isn't on the schedule. It's a surprise to me when I see the schedule each year. Stay tune!

meal prep those breakfast burritos, stock the fridge, and place them in the toaster oven while your getting ready for work.. eat them on the way to work.😊.
We make almost the same thing and it is great but we put strip El Pueblo green chili the guys at work love them oh yeah the chili fest is coming up soon

I know these are GREAT vids and a lot of fun but there is one downside not many ever address. Convenience. In the home there is nothing more convenient that the kitchen stove. unless your cooking for an event - firing up the griddle for more that once and a while is A LOT to ask. BUT for an Event its a lot if fun!.
It will taste 47% better if you just pour the egg mixture on top of the potatoes and bacon and then scramble the eggs with the other food. You're awesome. Thanks for the drool-worthy videos.

Looks nice but I would add onion and peppers to it.
What type of oil?
Extra virgin olive oil BUT that doesn't mean you have to use it. The griddle is a piece of rolled steel and doesn't discriminate. Whether you're using avocado oil or duck fat, there are many options!
You see? Now I have to get a Blackstone Griddle, just because you named it "Todd's Favorite Breakfast Burrito". Dang...I was hoping to make my cell phone bill payment this month. Well...priorities.

@@willwebster8113 I've done it like that more often than not, but if you cook the eggs separately, the do stay more fluffy. Hilarious though, because back, when I mixed them all together, all the armchair quarterbacks complained that I mixed them!!!! I appreciate you guys watching!!

Only thing it's missing is some great New Mexico green chile or red chile. Best chile in the world.

Why has Bruce not been included in on the cooking shows to check out, we always hear don't forget to check out Betty, nate , you an cj but poor Bruce's show keeps getting forgotten, we enjoy his show very much and I'm sure many others do as well and I'm sure Bruce pry finds it disturbing even if he may not say anything.
Rachel, Bruce is incredible. In the past, his shows have only been in 4-8 week blocks over the course of the entire year, they have just had us announce our weekly livestream and canned video shows. I had a huge collection of Weber and other brand charcoal and propane grated grills when I got my first Blackstone 9 years ago. Within 6 months, I sold, or donated all of those other grills because I just didn't use them anymore. Nothing against them, I just found them obsolete. In any event, I appreciate you watching. My grandparents knew that O.I.L. was for lubricating machinery and that F.A.T. was for cooking. If you do not want your food to stick (or your arteries) then use pig fat lard and nothing will stick to any cooking utensils, you use. There was nothing unhealthy about the meal except for that O.I.L..

Oiling the top after cooking benefits nothing. All it does is create a tacky surface for bugs, lints and dust to collect to.
Sounds like you did it wrong, works on my Blackstone, works on my cast iron, also works for my carbon steel pans, I'll stick with what works.
